Location is perfect and there is a crosswalk right in front of the unit and the beach is easily accessible. Master bedroom is great size and the bed is super comfortable. The kitchen is stocked with most of what you will need if plan on cooking. There is a cooler on wheels, two beach umbrellas, a beach chair, a âboogieâ board and a couple of small beach towels. There are also a few sand toys and life jackets for small children.The unit was not clean upon arrival, the stovetop had dried food on it, the fridge had standing water with mold and the bottom shelf each day had to be cleaned to soak up the water leaning from somewhere, there were dirty towels in the washer. I did contact management and they were quick to respond. The kitchen, while stocked well, needs upgraded pots and pans (one small frying pan had stuck and dried eggs), the toaster is old. There is a regular coffee pot and a Keurig along with coffee filters and a few pods. This unit truly needs to be deep cleaned. The walls are very dirty, the floors need deep cleaned, the ceiling fans are almost black and the area rug in the living room is disgusting. I truly hope that they update it as it has real potential. It just needs some TLC. I would not recommend this unit, in its current âstateâ.You absolutely cannot have more than one vehicle (even if you have a 3 bedroom unit). While there is a public parking lot just next door, it is 4.50 per hour to park there with a 24 hour cap.
