House hunting

The property is very close to the St Pete airport and in good condition. Some general maintenance is needed in pool area (broken floor tiles) and cleaning the sticks and leaves off the bird cage.

True home away from home

The property owner provided almost everything we needed to make our stay and sightseeing perfect. From beach and pool ammenities to a fully stocked kitchen (with the exception of food, of course) the thoughfulness and care was evident. Fish soap, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper goods were all provided. There was ample seating inside and out for dining, relaxing and family fun. I don't think we'll ever stay anywhere else when we visit the St. Petersburgh area!amenities

Stayed a Month

Location is on a busy corner; you hear all the stop and goes from cars and so forth. Pulling in and out, you have to watch traffic. Pool is "ok" seemed the filter couldn't keep up, heater worked well. Patio tiles were not even, and you tripped over as you walked on. Patio furniture is dirty, meaning cushions. Dryer is extremely loud; ice maker does not work. Only 1 key to property made if difficult with a large group. Rooms are great, beds, sheets, layout is nice.

Great place for a few families!

We stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect. Everything we needed for the kids to have a great time. The owner thought of all the details, towels, easy charging by the beds. It’s very modern and spacious. We will be back

Unresponsive Host, Broken Amenities Ruined Our Stay

Our overall experience was greatly marred by significant issues, primarily centered around the lack of responsiveness from the host and the condition of the property's amenities. The property was advertised as having a heated pool, a feature that we were particularly looking forward to. Upon our arrival on a Friday, however, we discovered that not only was the pool not heated, but the pool pumps were also broken. We immediately reached out to the host seeking help and instructions, but received no response until the following Monday. The host claimed to have lost their phone, yet, astonishingly, seemed to lack any other form of internet access over the entire weekend. This left us frustrated and unable to fully enjoy the property. When help finally arrived, the repairman seemed to lack the necessary expertise to address the issue. Though he managed to get the pumps running temporarily, they quickly failed again after he left. Despite repeated notifications to the host, it took another full day before the repairman returned, only to implement a temporary fix again by cleaning out a sand-filled filter. The pumps failed yet again shortly after his departure, and despite the host’s assurance that they were seeking a professional to fix the problem, no one ever showed up. The pool remained unheated and inoperative for the duration of our stay. Also, the gas tank to the firepit was empty.Had the host responded promptly when we could have made arrangements to stay elsewhere.

Great place to stay!

We've stayed at this property twice now and it's been perfect for our needs. It was a little too cool to enjoy the pool both times but there is a hot tub! The house is very clean and in a great location. We will stay there again when we're back in town!

This property was exactly what we thought it would be. It had enough spaces for everyone to take a min to themselves or open spaces were big enough to accommodate many. The property manager was very attentive and catered to all our needs/wants. We most definitely would book again.
