This gorgeous home with a fully stocked kitchen will be your home-away-from-home from the minute you step inside. The sparkling clean salt-water pool and fabulous patio area with plenty of lounging space is ready for you to enjoy and relax. The desirable location puts you just miles from the fun Indian Rocks Beach (IRB) with all its restaurants, bars and activity and the exclusive Belleair Beach. There are local golf courses, abundance of shopping, restaurants and the Largo Mall just minutes away.

Safety and Security:
For your security we have a Ring Video Doorbell recording the front door entrance area and a Flood light Camera above the garage entrance recording the driveway and front of the house. Both detects movement and starts recording for the safety and security of the guests and property.

The property was very clean and had all amenities needed for a great stay. The host was prompt in reply to questions, very courteous and helpful. The pool was clean and the temperature was comfortable. The patio furniture was comfortable as well.

Fun Week
This home was exactly as advertised. It is well furnished with extras not found in many places - paper products, laundry and kitchen soap, beach towels, etc. The backyard pool and patio area are beautiful and we enjoyed many hours lounging there. The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The location is a short drive to the beach and several shopping areas. The owner, Jan, was very responsive to any requests. Everyone agreed a return trip should be planned.

Great house
The house was great. Neat and clean. The pool was awesome for the kids and heated as it was colder in February. I really liked the fact that the house had many toiletries already there: soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, TP, bounty. Etc. They also had towels, beach towels, beach chairs and umbrellas which is great if you are flying and can’t bring that all with you. We really enjoyed our stay.

Pool heater was not turn on. Since we were only there 3 nights it would have taken that long to heat up. So I never contacted the owner. Everything else was great. A very quiet area
