Newly Remodeled & Furnished Luxurious Beachfront Condo

This condo building is quite literally on the beach! Experience a luxurious stay in a spacious and newly remodeled condo on the 17th floor. Start your day by sipping coffee while relaxing on the spacious balcony, taking in the unobstructed view of the beach and bay. Enjoy the breathtaking sunset over the water from the comfort of the Master bedroom, living room, and balcony. Floor to ceiling sliding balcony doors allow for a fresh breeze and scenic views, even when sitting inside. Unit is fully furnished and has a washer/dryer.

Beach accessories such as chairs, umbrella, and towels are provided in this unit for your convenience.

Master bedroom suite has a king size bed and a spacious walk-in closet. It has a floor to ceiling sliding balcony door, with a view of the water. The master bathroom includes a double vanity, full length mirror doors, linen closet, and brand new shower area with sliding glass doors.

Second bedroom has 2 full-size beds for complete comfort. This bedroom also has a spacious walk in closet with plenty of shelves inside. Attached to this bedroom is the second full bathroom. The beautiful granite countertop on the single vanity give this bathroom an elegant touch.

Building amenities include tennis courts, fitness room, sauna, club room, beachfront BBQ grills, pool, hot tub, library, billiards room, parking, and 24-hour security. There are many fun water activities to enjoy nearby- kayaking, parasailing, boat rentals, and jet skiing.

No pets allowed, no smoking allowed.

Emplacement trĂšs bien situĂ© (petits restos, dĂ©panneur et magasins disponible Ă  proximitĂ©, le tout se fait trĂšs bien Ă  pied). Ambiance chaleureuse dans le condo, piscine chauffĂ©e et spa Ă  l’extĂ©rieur, trĂšs propre.Seul petit bĂ©mol, les store dans la chambre principale ainsi que dans le salon seraient Ă  changer. À cĂŽtĂ© que c’est un unitĂ© cĂŽtĂ© nord, donc moins de soleil sur le patio. Endroit trĂšs sĂ©curitaire et reposant! Excellent sĂ©jour, je recommande.

We had such a great week staying in the condo! The beds and pillows were very comfortable. I need some of those pillows for my home!! The location was fantastic with the trolley stop to Clearwater right across the way. The people on site we encountered were very friendly. Overall, we'd stay again in a heartbeat!

About this property

The owner was lovely. The property was a well-maintained. That said, the full-time residents are incredibly rude and inhospitable. This property “cites” the tourists for breaking rules and if you have children visiting (young) watch out! The residents break their own rules. They eat, drink, and have unapproved “flotation” devices. The residents quote the rules (I was told there were hundreds and I need to read them, but they aren’t provided with the contracts), but don’t live by them. I simply don’t understand. This property should have a hard fast rule to not rent to anyone (vacationers) under 16 because it is incredibly difficult to tell round children to not jump in the pool, not have a toy, etc. No loudness. No radios. Nothing. Craziness. Tracy in the office is very kind. Loved her. The residents, though———

Excellent location and great price. We loved the beautiful view of the beach. We loved all the amenities. One downside was the gym was under construction, but can only imagine that it will match the beauty of the rest of the property. Another downfall was tbat most beach equipment was broken and couldn't be used, and recommended buying new furniture. Would recommend to anyone who wants to visit the area.

Quiet with a Touch of Class in Sand Key

The property was excellent. It is located in a luxurious condominium on the gulf. Easy beach access and away from the weekend beach crowd. Great sunsets and a diverse selection of restaurants. Close drive (~45 minutes) to St. Petersburg, Venice, Tarpon Springs, the airport, and downtownTampa. Nice central location for touring the area and just a very nice place to chill out on the beach. Several mornings we had sighted from the 17th floor manatee's swimming north toward Clearwater Beach. Marie was very helpful in supporting our questions. The staff at Crescent Beach Club were supper friendly and glad to help and resolve any concerns.

Beautiful beachfront condo

This condo is in an absolutely wonderful location on Sand Key. It is on a very quiet beach yet within walking distance of several restaurants and stores. If you want more action, Clearwater Beach is a long (25-30 min) walk or short car ride away. The condo itself is on the 17th floor and you can enjoy spectacular sunsets from the large balcony. It is extremely quiet- we did not hear any of our neighbors during the week we were there. The condo is nicely furnished and the kitchen well-equipped. Extra paper goods are even provided, which is a first in my many years of renting vacation homes. Marie promptly answered any questions we had.
