This remodeled, bright and spacious 3 bedroom beach front corner condo is located at Sandcastle II, one of the three most popular beach front vacation buildings in Indian Shores. We were 6 ladies on a Cousin's Trip and we had a wonderful time! The condo was beautifully decorated and in good order. We did not get ice maker to work and one of the fans on the balcony seemed bent. Neither issue was a problem for us and when I mentioned them to the owner he said they would be addressed asap. Would definitely rent again.

Very clean and comfortable. Great location and not crowded. Pool was nice and the cabanas for rent on the beach are so nice!! Overall, one of our favorite places in FL and we’ve rented quite a few places throughout the last 20 years.

This was a very clean, well furnished beachfront condo. This area is very safe. We have stayed at several condos in the past 20 years and this was definitely one of the best. I have already booked my next stay.

The condo was very well maintained and clean. As a bonus the this unit had beach chairs, kids toys, beach blanket and even a beach tent and umbrellas… We have never had so many beach perks for a the renter. Highly recommend this unit to families with a baby. Also had a pack and play and we left an infants seat.

Perfect for our family of 8!!

We had a wonderful time staying at the condo. This is our 5th trip back to the area, and this stay was one of the best. So happy to see some of the essentials in the cupboard when we arrived. Plenty of space to spread out. Pool and hot tub were cleaned every day. Beach was beautiful and plenty to do in the area. Thanks for letting us stay!!!

Everything was as described. Well stocked, comfortable beds, great location, spacious balcony with good seating options. The only issue was a shower clog that was easily remedied with a little drano. My only suggestion would be to provide a few more extra blankets for cooler weather. I'd stay here again.

This condo was wonderful! A huge porch that we sat out every morning and every evening. Beautiful views! Lots of space! This condo had more items in the condo then any place I have stayed at, like beach chairs, sand toys, coolers etc. restaurants are in walking distance and clear water is only a 19 min drive. We loved this condo!

This unit at Sand Castle II was excellent. Lovely decor and nice furniture. Kitchen was well stocked and updated. Bathrooms were updated with good showers. Master bed very comfortable. The grounds were well kept and the pool was cleaned every morning. We loved the corner unit providing western & southern ocean views. Outdoor shower was great right as you come off the beach. Caddy Pub directly across the street was really convenient. Communication with Resort Rentals was excellent. Worth every penny & we’ll be back for sure!

Property was very nice but door lock needs work. There were times when it was difficult to lock the door when leaving the condo. Elevators were questionable. One was not operating for most of the week.

Family and Friends Vacation

We loved the condo. It was very clean and modern. The only downside is it’s so new and light (white) colored that I was constantly worried about dirt staining something. The kitchen was well supplied. I do wish it had had a Keurig because we are spoiled, but made do with the traditional coffee pot. The elevators and trash disposal could not have been in a better location as they are right out the front door. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the marina with easy access when we rented a boat for the day. The beach is an easy walk and lots of stores and restaurants to choose from. We also rented a golf cart one day to access other areas so we didn’t have to take our rental car. All in all we loved our stay and would highly recommend it.

Firstly found it very frustrating we did not get code until 1600 as we traveled from Orlando and wanted to drop bags off. Parking was extremely tight in garage, there is ongoing work right next door so could not sit on balcony or by pool which was why we picked this apartment. Then Hurricane Helena hit no information of where to go and lost 3 days rental no offer of compensation even though we had to find somewhere to stay ourselves. Really not the restful vacation we wanted

Casa Blasko - The Best of the Best

This unit was beautifully updated, well appointed and conveniently located within steps to the water. Our family of five had a great experience with plenty of room and hope to come back soon!
