Welcome to Sandpiper cove 203, a stunning vacation rental condo situated in the idyllic locale of Clearwater Beach, Florida. With an awe-inspiring view of the bay and the harbor, this dwelling offers a perfect getaway for those seeking to immerse themselves in the beauty and tranquility of coastal Florida.

This spacious condo measures an impressive 1845 square feet and features an open floor plan that can comfortably sleep up to eight people. Its interior boasts a contemporary design, adorned with granite countertops and modern stainless-steel appliances, including a range, microwave, refrigerator, disposal, dishwasher, and coffee maker.

The kitchen is a chef's dream, featuring a large work island and a breakfast bar that comfortably seats four. It leads into the formal dining room, which offers seating for six guests, making it ideal for enjoying home-cooked meals or entertaining friends and family.

The living area provides a welcoming space for relaxation, with plenty of comfortable seating, including a matching sofa, loveseat, and chair. Here, you can unwind while watching the flat-screen TV, or simply step out onto the balcony for panoramic views of the bay.

The balcony is an inviting outdoor space, complete with a table for four and additional seating. Whether you're savoring your morning coffee, or enjoying the sunset over the bay, this spot is sure to become a favorite.

Bay Harbor 302 features three bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The first guest room houses two twin beds and an attached full bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as its own flat-screen TV. The second guest room offers a queen bed and an attached full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, and also includes a flat-screen TV.

The master suite, however, is the real star of the show. It features a plush king-sized bed, a flat-screen TV, and direct access to the balcony. The attached master bathroom is the epitome of luxury, complete with a garden tub, walk-in shower, private lavatory, and his-and-her vanities.

For your convenience, the condo also includes a laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer.

Outside, the heated pool invites you to take a refreshing dip, while the assigned parking under the building offers hassle-free parking. The gated property ensures your security throughout your stay.

HOUSE RULES and Special Requirements:

You must be 25 years of age to book any of our homes. The person booking the home must be one of the occupants.

Saturday to Saturday booking only in the months of Feb, Mar, April, June, July to Mid-August. One week minimum stay. Rest of the year 5 night minimum, except holidays. Holidays are 7 day minimum; Christmas, New Years, Thanksgiving, Easter and 4th of July.

No Smoking. - $250 extra cleaning charge for smoking in the unit

No Fishing Off the Docks.

No Parties.

No Trailers.

Peaceful retreat

We stayed here for our annual "girls trip". The property was very nice. Plenty of room for everyone. Also a very quiet place. Wish it had been a little closer to the beach though. There is a trolley that will take you there and anywhere else you might want to go. I would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay!

I came with 3 other teacher friends for a relaxing, warm weekend. This condo was perfect! Beautiful location and furnishings. It was a calm and quiet area/building. We loved the large private balcony and the pool area. The only suggestions I would make would be for the smallest bedroom with the 2 twin beds: it would be great to have a mirror in the room, and the hallway light is very bright, so maybe not the place for a light sleeper. We're already thinking about coming back again next year!

Spring break 2023

This property was perfect for us. We brought our two small children to Clearwater for spring break and we were able to walk everywhere and so were the kids. The communication with the property manager was phenomenal. We would stay here again. Very comfortable and spacious.

Great Location.

The property was in a great location with amazing views and great space for our granddaughters to play on the patio. There were a few issues: 1: The kitchen supplies were lacking as far as cups and glasses and basic kitchen supplies. 2: The coffee pot requires K cups and you will need to purchase them before heading to the condo as they were difficult to find in the local store. 3: One of the owners was working on his boat during our stay and was cutting flooring by the pool, this was all day and everyday during our stay. The debris from the sander blew into the pool as we were swimming with our granddaughters, one of the girls had it blow into her eyes. It also made it difficult to have a conversation on the patio as we looked over the pool.

Amazing location. Just know these things

LOVED the location. The property was very nice and clean and perfectly located. We even had a dolphin swim right up to the dock at the by the pool at the property. Just know that if you are a family staying here with a little one you have to rent a crib from another company. I also found it silly that the property management think it's worth it to skimp on things like toilet paper, paper towels, and shampoo/conditioner, dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, washer/dryer supplies. Would make the experience that much better if they supplied plenty of these relatively cheap essentials. Had to ask for cleaning supplies, none were onsite. I will say that management responded very quickly to inquiries. I would stay here again

First Time In Clearwater

This is a beautiful condo. Loved the layout, the master bedroom and bath, the large deck, the kitchen - actually everything!! The pool area is plain but having the water there makes it okay. Saw some dolphins. Our only complaint was there are not enough towels for the bathrooms and kitchen- an easy fix. The kitchen had only one towel and dish cloth. We had one bath towel and wash cloth per person. Other than that, I highly recommend this condo. Very nicely decorated also. The check in and check out was super easy.

Large three bedroom condo in great location. Huge patio with a great view. Some minor issues in the kitchen that could be addressed and the pool and hot tub heaters were not working until the last day of our stay but the weather was cool so might not have used them.

Wonderful vacation with no stress in Clearwater Beach

If you are looking for a stress free, beautiful, luxurious condo with a great location to the beach, great restaurants, night life and lots of wonderful views of beautiful scenery you must look to rent the Sandpiper Cove 203! The condo is beautiful as well as all the kitchen appliances are top notch as well as the utensils to go a long with it, our family of 5 had wonderful sleeping arrangements with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space, Check in and Check out was so simple and no stress involved I give this whole vacation a 5 star and will be back with my family of 5!
