• For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
• Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
• Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
• Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
• We are pet-friendly with a fee of $150 per pet, per stay for stays up to 7 nights and is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. An additional fee per pet is charged for each additional night after the first 7 nights. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.
