Your ultimate vacation retreat offered by Beach Time Rentals. This beautiful 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably accommodates 12-14 guests, making it ideal for multiple families or one large family seeking a memorable getaway.

Our Indian Rocks Beach home boasts an array of amenities designed to elevate your stay. From a sprawling swim spa and game room to additional lounge areas and a putting green, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Dive into relaxation in the giant swim spa, perfect for both kids and adults with its ample size and year-round heating. Meanwhile, the game room offers endless entertainment, and the putting green provides a fun challenge for golf enthusiasts.



Spread across two floors, this home offers plenty of space to unwind without feeling cramped.



The ground level is a haven for gathering, featuring a kitchenette, living room area with seating and a flat screen tv, full bathroom with a shower, and a bedroom. The bedroom features 2 Full beds and is open to the lounge area.



Step outside to the porch with outdoor seating and a grill, or retreat to the spacious and private backyard.



Bonus area! Out back you will find the giant swim spa, kids and adults both love it as it's large and heated year-round. The backyard is spacious and private and features a putting green.



Upstairs, the main living area welcomes you with a comfortable sectional couch and a flat-screen TV. The fully equipped kitchen ensures effortless meal preparation, complete with all the supplies and utensils you need. Gather around the dining room table, which accommodates eight guests, or pull up a seat at the kitchen island with room for three more.



The second floor has an additional small living area off of the living area that has a sofa bed and flat-screen TV.



Each bedroom is thoughtfully appointed for your comfort, with beachy decor, shiplap accents, and unique touches throughout. The second bedroom offers two twin beds, while the third bedroom boasts two queen beds. Retreat to the fourth bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bathroom for added convenience. There is a third bathroom located on the hallway which has a shower/tub combo.



All our spaces are designed thinking of you – our guests! Beautiful and unique finishes and touches like beachy decor, shiplap throughout, murals and much more to feel like you are on the beach!



The garage has been converted to a game room and it features flat screen tv, game console, play station, shuffleboard, ping pong table and fooseball table.

Great location for beach and biking!

We wanted to be together with biking friends and found Indian Rocks Beach to be a wonderful location. The easy beach access gave us some great walks, and we were very close to many biking trails, including the fabulous Pinellas Trail only a few miles away.

I would give Snook Haven more than five stars if I could. Our week at the beach was truly nothing short of amazing. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach, park, shops, and ice cream, making it easy for everyone to go back and forth to the beach as needed and enjoy something each day.The house itself was incredible, with plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax. The game room was a huge hit with both kids and adults, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home really stood out - everything from a box fan and cozy blankets to board games and an abundance of beach toys, chairs, and towels.We loved being able to cook meals together in the fully stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed. But the true highlight of our stay was the enclosed lanai and swim spa—it quickly became everyone’s favorite spot to unwind and have fun.The owners were fantastic - responsive, helpful, and clearly invested in making sure guests have the best experience possible. They even had someone come check the swim spa ahead of schedule so we could fully enjoy it during our stay.We would absolutely recommend Snook Haven and are already looking forward to coming back!

Florida Family Vacation 2024

Snook Haven vacation rental was just we wanted. Minutes from the airport. Restaurants and shops all around. Kids enjoyed the things they had in the game room. Loved the putting green. Absolutely loved the swim spa. And only 3 minutes to the beach. We didn’t even have to pack beach towels in the suitcase. Snook Haven had them. The house inside was beautiful, and very clean. Lots of space for all 12 of us. Outside was very well groomed. I would highly recommend this rental for your next vacation.

July 4th week

Overall the stay was good, there was plenty of room. Just a few feedback points, their were not towels in each bathroom, we had to go the one bathroom to pull them. Each bathroom should be stocked with towels. Secondly, the kitchen needs more utensils for eating, more bowls for prepping. Such a large kitchen should have all the amenities. Overall nice place.

We came in town to visit family. We had two families with kids stay in the house. The large kitchen and table was perfect for meal time. The first floor had a cool hang out space for folks who wanted to stay up a little later at night. The pool/hot tub was so cool! It’s one of those Infiniti lap pools. The kids and adults enjoyed it a lot. There’s a nice outdoor area to grill out and play games after dinner. The 10am check out was great, all you have to clean is take out the trash! Thanks so much for sharing your home. We would love to come back.

Nice house

Overall we were pleased with the house. We had a couple of housekeeping issues, didn't mention until we left because it wasn't a deal breaker. We were disappointed that the beach wasn't within walking distance a couple of us have problems walking that far to the beach. We rented because were expecting we could walk. The space and ambiance was great! It was 7 of us and we could breathe and the hot tub was a pleasure to have. I would recommend this house to others.

Spacious with plenty of room for 11 of us. The downstairs area was a great space for the girls to hang out while the moms had all of upstairs. It was clean and a quick walk to the beach. Neighborhood was quiet and very nice. Lots of restaurants in the area and John’s Pass is about a 15 minute drive from the house. Beach time rentals was very responsive and easy to get in touch with. I would definitely book another rental through them. We had an awesome time!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a family of 6. We spent 2 weeks there. 5 of us had to work from home. The house is so spacious that we each had our room to work. We bought some inexpensive foldable tables from Target and they worked really well as a study desk. Otherwise, one could also work from the kitchen counter, the family room and downstairs apartment with desk options. We had our friends (family of 4) visited us for 3 nights and they just stayed at downstairs in their own apartment. The internet was fast and enough for all of us working from home or streaming movies at night.This house has a great large kitchen with all cookware we needed. It is kept extremely clean (I am very picky about cleanness of a rental), all bedding stuff is clean and free of stains down to the mattresses and mattress covers, which is really impressive (how do we know that? We usually strip off everything before we leave and sometimes even start a laundry for the housekeepers).This house is close to the beach, just a few minutes walk and some nice restaurants nearby also. Neighborhood is quiet and safe.There were some hiccups in the beginning of our stay. For example, the pool was not heating up (it turned out that it's new and they probably didn't turn it on before we arrived. So please make sure that you ask it to be turned on before your arrival), the housekeeper forgot to leave hand soaps in the bathrooms etc. But each time when we contacted the manager Joanie, she responded instantly, even when it was Christmas and New years holiday.We had a really nice stay and this house is definitely a great pick for our family vacation.
