Spacious, Luxury, Beach Condo with Pool

This modern condo is a part of a quiet, seventeen-unit complex that sits on Indian Rocks Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. Come enjoy our heated pool, fire up one of the two community grills for your family and enjoy a delicious barbecue while you lounge and bask in the sun. Fabulous restaurants, water activities, and excursions are right at your fingertips!

We are a located right down the street from Clearwater and are within driving distance of two major airports (Tampa International/Clearwater Airport).

This two bedroom and two full bath condo is great for six people and includes excellent amenities to make you feel like you are in your own home. From the fully stocked kitchen with granite countertops finished with all the necessary appliances, pots, pans, utensils, and spices to prepare a gourmet meal. The living room, right off the kitchen, is furnished with new flooring and has plenty of seating to fit the whole family to enjoy your favorite movie or TV show on the new flat screen TV. Off the living room is the outdoor deck, with a partial beach view at a more manageable price point. A truly a perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the relaxing sounds and smells of the beach with the new outdoor furniture with plenty of seats for the whole family.

There are two bedrooms in this condo and both rooms have their own full bathrooms. The master suite includes a king bed with an attached bathroom with plenty of countertop space and a walk-in shower. The other bedroom has two single beds, with memory foam mattresses, and a bathtub-shower combination. Both of the bedrooms have plenty of storage for your clothing, but don’t pack heavy – the unit has a private washer and dryer. Enjoy all your TV shows and movies right in bed, the master bedroom has 50" TV and the guest bedroom has a 32" TV, both wall mounted.

Pack lightly for the beach! Our condo is stocked with all the necessary for the beach: beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, umbrellas, mats, and even toys for the kids. All of this fit on a convenient cart that can easily be transported from the beach to the condo as our building has an elevator that reaches all floors.

One of the things you will enjoy about our condo is the location. We are located on Gulf Boulevard which has plenty of restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. A few of our favorites are: Guppy’s, Crabby Bills, TJ's Italian Cafe, Mike's Pizza & Pub, and Café de Paris.

Please note: Our condo is not managed by a condo rental company. We have put together a team that 100% is dedicated to our guests. This is truly our “HomeAway from Home” and we want to share it with fabulous guests from around the world. We are available via phone and email 24/7 throughout your stay!

Beach break from Maine winter

Condo was spacious compared with some others we have stayed. Kitchen was well stocked. Indian rocks beach is a hidden gem (at least to me). The beach was great for walking.plenty of restaurants nearby. I might suggest new pillows for the master BR.

Beautiful and Super Clean

Linda's condo was well stocked and just as nice as the pictures! She included all the amenities like a beach cart with toys for the kids, beach towels and chairs which made things so much easier. Everything was exactly as expected and more! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

We stayed at oceanway with our family members. We each had our own units, out of all the units ours was super nice and clean!! Linda, was very nice and prompt getting back to us when we had issues with our locker. I can’t say enough about how clean this place was!!! We will definitely be booking here next year for vacation!

Beautiful Condo

We had an amazing stay! Linda’s condo is beautiful! The pictures do not do it justice. Large living room, fully stocked kitchen, spacious bedrooms and bathrooms and a large deck to enjoy your morning coffee. The location is perfect! A short walk to watch the beautiful ocean sunsets on the white sandy beach. Conveniently located near many great restaurants. Love that Linda provided names of restaurants and shopping in the area. So happy with our stay and will definitely be returning.

We had a great time at this condo. It was a great place to unwind. We found the condo to be everything we expected and more. It has spacious living space, nice bedrooms, was clean and well stocked with all necessities. We appreciated the use of beach chairs, beach towels and even a frisbee for the beach. We found some great seashells on our early morning beach walks, enjoyed the beach, pool and hot tub. We even spotted some dolphins! We found Indian Rocks Beach to be a new favorite vacation spot. Hopefully we will be visiting there again soon.

A Delightful Gem!

The condo is beautiful, well appointed, very clean, spacious and the location is perfect. The owners have thoughtfully stocked it with many amenities. Just a FYI, the twin bedroom has no windows and the thermostat is not to be set any lower than 72 degrees, although visiting in January it was not an issue. Linda was extremely helpful and quick to respond. Linda's place provided us with a delightful and relaxing vacation. I highly recommend this condo.

Beautiful condo! So impressed with cleanliness and amenities. Unit was spotless with extra amenities such as trash bags, toilet paper, kleenex , hand soap, dish soap, etc. I always pack extra items and so much was included. Loved the extra parking passes for guests. Owner was extremely accomidating and replyed quickly to inquires. She is a true hostess!! Would love to visit again next summer. Loads of conveniences

This was a fantastic unit with lots of space in a building with less than 25 units (I'm estimating). Having designated parking was a perk so we weren't stressed about finding parking on a crowded lot when we came in. There's a central elevator in addition to the open stairway, which made it easy to move in for the week, make trips to the beach, etc. The storage locker in the garage was another amenity that made a big impact for us. There were umbrellas, chairs, floaties, sand toys, ball and gloves, pool noodles, basically anything you could need. Beach towels were waiting for us in the condo. All of these things were wonderful conveniences since we were flying for vacation. For the condo itself, when they say spacious, they mean it! A lot of places that say they sleep 6 cram you in, but that would not be the case here. There were only 3 of us who stayed, but there was more than enough room. We made use of the fully stocked kitchen and all the appliances throughout the week. Everything was clean and the owners were excellent about communicating to provide info and responded quickly to answer any questions we had. Check in and out couldn't have been simpler. We didn't even have to strip the beds! Will absolutely look to rent this wonderful spot again.

DO NOT BOOK

When we first arrived the condo was very clean. We went to open the blinds and realized the hook was broken so we put it on top of the fridge to ensure our children didn’t mess with it. If you plan to rent this condo be sure to bring an air mattress with you as the beds in the guest room are so hard, it is impossible to sleep on. We had to go to Walmart our second day to buy an air mattress. The pull out beds in the living room were dingy with dirty sheets on them. Thankfully we found clean ones in a closet to replace them. The microwave, stove, and toaster are all outdated and barely work. If you use the oven be sure to cook everything on a higher temp as it doesn’t cook right at all. Do not plan to get any sleep as the floors and walls are so thin, you can hear every conversation from the upstairs neighbors. After doing everything on the check out paper requested, we were charged a $300 fee for the plastic hook that turns the blinds in which we did not break. There was also small spots of icing on the couch from my son’s birthday cake. It was smaller than the size of a dime, which was total accident and would’ve came out with a wet rag. They lied and said we stained the couch with permanent marker. I will submit the photos we were sent as you can see this was no kind of permanent marker or pen. After discussing it with the host she still decided to charge us $300 for a tiny spot of icing and a broken blind hook, which was already broken. Do not recommend at all!

Property is an excellent condition, we could tell that owner really takes care of this place. It’s very spacious, located right on the beach and most importantly it is extremely clean. Building itself is clean. Kitchen is stacked with absolutely everything you need from paper products down to first aid kit. Wonderful Experience!

We had a wonderful week from the moment we opened the door to Linda's beautiful condo to the moment we had to close the door behind us. Wonderful beach access (and Linda provided all the beach essentials!) and the pool and hot tub were great additions! The location was great being with restaurants within walking distance and on the bus/trolley line. Looking forward to visiting again!

Great place! Owner was very nice and checked in with us to make sure our stay was good. Kitchen faucet broke first night we arrived, we contacted her next day and she was on it! Loved that we could walk to restaurants or cook. We had a wonderful stay!
