Not much friendly the counter personnel, the kitchen team for the breakfast give the extra mile to please the big crowd in the morning. No housekeeping in my stay. I had to ask for extra towels because of no housekeeping.

Our shower was the worst, little water. Mold growing in the corner. Glass door on shower was broken. No I e in refrigerator.

The hallways were NEVER vacuumed the 4 days I was there. Same stuff (and then more) on the floors the entire time. Towels never changed (sign says weekdays they will be changed but need to request on weekends--I was there 4 weekdays and only wanted them changed once but never done). Huge pieces of dust hanging from the intake vents in my room---triggered allergies. I was charged an arm and a leg for my stay (Spring Break so I understood) but I expect some services for that kind of money. Breakfast was nice. Lobby was clean.

The room occupants next to our room started a fire in their kitchen. While the fire was extinguished quickly, the fire department was not called for 45 minutes. The building wide alarm sounded for an hour and ten minutes. The fire department arrived and was able to turn off the alarm. One half hour later, the alarm went off again. This time it only sounded for 45 minutes. Not the restful experience I was hoping for with Staybridge.

I specifically called ahead to ask about the wifi stating that I would be doing a 3 hour class. I was told that it would be fine. It wasn't and my room wasn't ready until almost 7pm.
