It is so very run down and in need of much repair. If it was for the fact that I had prepaid and am exhausted I would never stay and above all never ever recommend this place. The only nice thing was the young women at check in.

Terrible service! We couldn’t check-in early; they wanted to charge us extra when they finally DID offer to let us check in early; the free “breakfast” was a lunch bag with an 8 oz juice, an 8 oz water, a fruit cup and two granola bars; and when I showed the front desk the two bugs that I found had spent the night with us she didn’t even apologize, let alone offer to reduce the room rate!!

Roaches in room were a big turn off. Toilet tank took forever to refill. Had to fill ice bucket with sink water to get the job done. Kids were swimming and screaming in pool until 1 AM!!!! Place is run down needs repairs to water damage, etc.

I strongly recommend you DO NOT stay at this hotel! Facility was filthy, drug paraphernalia on the walkways to the rooms, trash littered the hallways and parking lot. The floor of my room was so dirty that after showering walking to the bed barefoot turned the bottoms of my feet black. Called the front desk on my first morning there becuase I had no coffee for my in room coffee pot and was told " If you want coffee come to the breakfast ". Unsupervised children throwing rocks in pool and staff watched saying nothing. I stayed 4 nights and housekeeping never came to room after the first day to refresh my linens or collect trash. I had to go to the front desk to get toilet paper on day 3 because there was only a half roll in there when i arrived. On evening 3 i called the front desk because the neighbors in the adjoining room were partying and smoking weed that was coming into my room, I was told there was nothing they could do. On my final night there at 11:30pm, the same neighbors who were partying had a domestic dispute in which it sounded like they were throwing eachother through the walls physically fighting all while a child screamed for them to stop fighting. I immediately called the front desk to have the police dispatched to which they arrived 10 minutes later to the man trying to kick down the door to their room. I dont know what happened but the same man kept returning beating on the door till 2:30am and he was never arrested. This hotel ruined my vacation.

Staff was very unprofessional and rude and most of them seemed to be new employees who didn't know what they were doing. One of the employees had an ankle bracelet on... lol. We asked for towels that never came so we had to stand in line at the check out forever for them. They never came and cleaned our room until we asked. The property was not really clean and the breakfast sucked. They do charge a bit much for a place that isn't that great. Also too, no refrigerator or microwave which was an inconvenience. Pretty much all I have to complain about is the staff. I would not stay there again...
