The host was very communicative and responded to questions quickly. Unfortunately, the home had not been cleaned after the previous guests left, and we were unable to stay in the home. The host responded to us immediately, and refunded our stay. The reason for this rating is due to our inability to stay in the home due to it was not clean and could not be made ready for our stay. However, we had no issues with the host, who stated his cleaning crew had been delayed elsewhere, and did not communicate to him regarding the home prior to our arrival.

The house was very welcoming and well stocked with nice linens and bedding. Also, the host provide plenty of coffee which was a nice surprise. The kitchen was fully stocked with cook wear, dishes and utensils. I highly recommend this house for anyone staying in St. Pete.

We get our crews a house when they are out of town and they enjoyed this property, felt as they were home. Getting them a house vs a hotel room allows them to connect with each other, cook meals and save money. This house was perfect and the host was very johnny on the spot with responses. Thank you.

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our family of five for a few days. The host was very responsive. The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived and the host sent an electrician to fix it at 9 pm! We appreciated the constant communication and efforts to make our stay comfortable and fun.

Cute little home for a comfy stay.

This home has ample parking, three queen sized beds in 3 separate rooms. The kitchen is comfortable for your needs. There's a kitchen table that sits about four, but plenty of other seating in the living room to eat a piece of pizza. It had all of the essentials and plenty of space for us to explode our suitcases everywhere. Very clean. It is in the back of a dark neighborhood, about a mile from a Publix. Kids were riding bikes in the street which made it feel very safe and welcoming. We used this as our base for Seminole, Fl, a trip to the beach, and driving into Tampa. We have family in Seminole, Fl, and it was perfect for the 5 of us! Thank you!

Largo home base

the house was very clean, had all the essentials. It was a great place for a home base, to go to other places. The neighborhood seems safe. It is not upscale. We really appreciated the ice maker, the beach stuff, the fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and overall cleanliness.

Nice little house, was close to friends. Only negative is that we were only supplied with 2 towels and 1 washcloth per bedroom. No bathmat in either bathroom. Had to wash towels a few times during stay.

Nice Spring break

We chose this property because it was close to the Tampa/St. Pete beaches. The property manager provided good information to us throughout the rental process. The property included all the basic necessities we were looking for on our beach trip, including towels and beach chairs. It was not the fanciest place, but it worked well for our group.

Very nice.

Tidy house with 3 comfy bedrooms and a great kitchen. All you need for a week of Spring Training baseball games. Great location. All it needs is a torch or pole lamp and 2 chairs in the living room. Thanks for a great rental.
