In the middle of fruit trees and 1 km from the charming medieval village of Boulbon.
Come relax and listen to the cicadas sing and if you also want to discover the region, Avignon is 10 minutes by car, Arles, Nîmes and the Pont du Gard at 30mn, the Luberon at 40mn, the Saintes Maries de la mer and the heart of the Camargue 1 hour.
The house comprises on the ground floor a living room (television and internet access), the equipped kitchen (4 gas hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, Bodum coffee maker) and the shower room, and on the first floor two bedrooms, the first with a large double bed (160 x 200) and the second with two single beds (90 x 190).
The house also has a terrace and a private garden for an aperitif and your meals. If you are the king or queen of grilling, a barbecue is at your disposal.

The duration of the stay is 7 days minimum, from Saturday to Saturday.

You can rent bed sheets and bath sheets on site (15 € / person).
Tea towels, paper towel, toilet paper and cleaning products are at your disposal.

A deposit of 300 Euros will be payable locally and returned upon departure.
The house is non-smoking.
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate our animal friends.

Perfect provence vacation
We stayed at Lawrence and Paul's property for two weeks and could have not have been more relaxed and made so welcomed. The property is ideal for two to four people and Everything you need is provided with a beautiful garden and pool. Most of all the hosts are truly fantastic, would highly recommend.

Perfekte Unterkunft mit Herz
Wir haben für zwei Wochen ein Ferienhaus gebucht und ein Zuhause bekommen. Laurence und Paul sind wunderbare Gastgeber, herzlich, hilfsbereit, diskret und haben tolle Tipps. Vielen Dank, wir haben uns rundum wohl und willkommen bei euch gefühlt! Das Haus war für uns und unsere zwei Töchter das perfekte Heim, sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und sehr sauber. Eigentlich noch schöner als auf den Inserat-Bildern. Wir haben den Pool genossen und konnten frische Feigen von "unserem" beeindruckenden Feigenbaum ernten unter dem wir uns gerne aufgehalten haben. Das Grundstück liegt inmitten der Natur mit tollem Ausblick, unweit der Rhone. Die Lage war einfach super für viele tolle Ausflüge und Sehenswürdigkeiten im Herzen der Provence. Fabuleux !
Gîte fonctionnel, au calme avec des hôtes très sympathiques qui nous ont été de bon conseil et toujours disponibles. La piscine est un vrai plus ! Nous avons pu en profiter chaque jour. La literie est très bonne. L'emplacement nous a permis de visiter pas mal d'endroits (Avignon, Orange notamment) et nous avons pu passer une journée à la mer car elle se situe à un peu plus d'une heure en voiture. Bref, nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Schöne kleine Wohnung in mitten Obstwiesen
Laurence und ihr Mann sind sehr nett & zuvorkommend ! obwohl man Tür an Tür wohnt, kriegt man kaum etwas von den beiden mit- außer gute Empfehlungen. Die Lage ist perfekt um die Provence zu erkunden! Die Wohnung ist sehr süß eingerichtet!

Wir haben 2 wundervolle Wochen im Häuschen von Laurence und Paul verbracht. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail modernisiert und ausgestattet. Laurence und Paul sind die perfekten Gastgeber und stehen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, wenn Fragen aufkommen. Und sei es, um weitere Ausflüge zu planen. Wir haben die Ruhe nur mit den Zikaden geteilt und den Schatten des beeindruckenden Feigenbaums und den Pool ausgiebig genossen. Das Haus liegt perfekt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
