This was an amazing hotel. The best part was the staff! Especially the woman who provided the continental breakfast. She was so nice to my family and I. She had no idea of the horrible experience from the night before at a different hotel. She welcomed us with open arms and treated us like royalty. This hotel deserves the highest ratings in every category!

It is advertised as having a hot tub, but it does not. Also, the pool is outdoors, and it was not open. It should specify the pool situation. Nicole at the breakfast bar was really awesome. All staff were friendly, but Nicole went the extra mile with her welcoming attitude.

The staff at this property is the best I have seen! They are all so genuinely nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this Hampton Inn! Close to many restaurants and Walmart.

Adequate stay/some requirements missed

Everything was fine but for not getting the room type I reserved- a king bed with accessible shower on first floor. We got the first floor but with 2 double beds and a tub with no grab bars.

Great hotel and staff

Comfortable and clean! I too can not say enough about the staff, they were so friendly and inviting. Always a smile and welcoming! It was a great experience and just what we needed for our 3 night stay. Definitely will stay there again if needing to go back to Fort Leonard Wood.
