This ground level comfortable and cozy home away from home provides a light and airy feel, while maintaining privacy as it is tucked back in the corner of the complex but still only 300 feet to the beach. Less than a 5 minute walk.
With a recent major renovation this property offers all new updated appliances. Quartz countertops in the spacious and open kitchen make preparing any meal even more enjoyable.
The primary bedroom has a new King sized state of the art Casper mattress and offers a sitting area perfect for your reading pleasure.
For guests, the second bedroom offers 2 twin sized beds.
This property also has great outdoor space with a patio as well as outdoor shower.
Absolutely no pets permitted in this property! Offered for rental on a daily and week basis-no monthly.

1 King, 2 Twins, 1 Sleeper Sofa (Queen sized with gel foam mattress)
