The kitchen boasts  new stainless steel appliances, an enlarged custom quartz island that can comfortably seat four and a dining table with an additional four seats. The living room is extremely comfortable with a large L-shaped sofa perfect for movie nights on the large, smart TV.   All TV's in the home are smart TV's and require streaming. The private balcony with sliding glass doors allows guests to enjoy a breathtaking view of some of the oldest oak trees on the island, the Frederica river, and historic nationally-recognized antebellum structures near the bluff, while listening to the enchanting bells tolling hymns from Epworth next door.

The community is gated and guests will receive a gate code and one assigned parking space under the parking garage with additional parking spaces for multiple vehicles located just outside the garage. The villa is located on the first floor for easy access via elevator from the parking garage or by taking one flight of steps.  The community has TWO beautiful pools, multiple grills, outdoor restrooms, and picnic areas for guests to enjoy.  Also, there is access to a storage closet located in the garage to store your bicycles and beach equipment.  Inquire with management for access code.

Conveniently located just steps from several fun-filled activities, making  this property more desirable. Located just off the private balcony is a park which is perfect for walking, jogging, or playing frisbee golf.  Also nearby is a half-mile long paved walking trail through the historic woods. Guests can also walk to the nearby St. Simons marina and watch the boats travel down the river.  Gascoigne Bluff Park also has a public pier which offers stunning views of the river and opportunities for fishing and crabbing.
