The Space:

New to the vacation rental market!



Only an eight minute drive to East Beach and Pier Village, this home is perfectly located for vacationers. Pier village has lots of shopping, restaurants and even a splash pad for the kiddos!



It's a 3 minute walk to Red Fern Village where you can enjoy patio dining, libations and often live music!



The home has 3 well-appointed bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The primary bedroom has French doors leading right outside to the botanical garden area where you can enjoy your morning coffee overlooking the marsh.  There is a screened in porch that also overlooks the backyard and has a fan to keep you cool on those hot summer days. While the inside of the home is gorgeous, the backyard is where it's at! Live oaks adorn the backyard along with dozens of plants, different types of flowers and multiple areas to sit and relax. There is a propane grill available for those nights you want to barbeque and the best part...the home comes with built-in misters that sprays for mosquitos to keep them at bay. That means you can enjoy the outdoors without constantly worrying about them!



If your stay is between March 1 and October 31, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.



The home comes with starter supplies to make your stay comfortable including toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap and laundry pods. If you are staying for an extended period and expect to need more than start supplies, there are several stores close by!

Up to 2 pets are welcome with a $50 pet fee. There are some breed and size restrictions so please contact us before booking to inquire.



FLETC TDY welcome.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



The Neighborhood:

Quiet coastal neighborhood that is central to everything St. Simons has to offer. Half a mile from RedFern Village and 2 miles from the beach!



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 nights or more, an additional $250 cleaning fee will be collected after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days before check-in, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation without a refund.



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
