Welcome to Coastal Crush! Location, Location, Location... get ready to have everything from the amazing St. Simons Island beaches to dining experiences right at your doorstep. This beautifully furnished, fully renovated townhome is one block from beach access. Once guests walk in the door, they will immediately feel the relaxation of "island time" with the finest finishes. Coastal Crush is located just one minute by foot from SIX local favorite restaurants and even a popular brewery. The St. Simons Island Pier Village Area offers even more coastal shopping and dining experiences just a short five-minute drive away.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $30/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (8 persons). Spring Break groups and events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.

THE ELEVATOR WILL BE INDEFINITELY OUT OF ORDER BEGINNING FEBRUARY 5, 2026

The main living area, with a large HD Smart TV, a large dining area with seating for eight, and the completely renovated kitchen feature an open concept floorplan with plenty of space for guests to enjoy time together cooking, dining, and watching the game! The kitchen is fully stocked with every utensil and appliance guests will need to prepare any meal and is outfitted with high-end stainless steel appliances as well as an electric range. It is also fully equipped with a stocked coffee station. Step out on the back screened porch for a private escape with festive lighting and comfortable seating to enjoy a morning coffee or an evening cocktail.

The primary bedroom suite is located on the second floor and features a king-size bed, desk area and a large 55" HD Smart TV. The en suite primary bathroom will treat guests to a double vanity, separate showering area, garden tub and toilet area. The primary suite level of the home even has TWO private balconies. On the top level of the home, guests will find two guest bedrooms, both with their own private en suite bathrooms and private balconies. The first guest bedroom features two queen-sized beds with a 55" HD TV ready for kids to enjoy movies, streaming, or gaming! The third guest suite has a king-size bed, an HD Smart TV and a large private sun deck with two lounge chairs.

On the ground floor of the townhouse, guests will have access to a private 1-car garage with a stainless steel propane gas grill, beach chairs and a beach cart. Guests will have one dedicated parking spot in front of the townhouse and another garage parking spot (6 ft clearance). Overflow parking is available around the King & Prince Resort just 1/2 block away.

It was clean and updated & kitchen nicely stocked for cooking. We enjoyed our stay!One tiny point of concerned, the master bedroom sheets didn’t fit the king size bed appropriately. I would adjust the sheets and each time it would pop off and mattress pad would be exposed.I also want to give you all an extra thank you for allowing my grand dog to come with us, he was on his best behaviour and we all had a great time.

The location is great. This is our second time renting here for a conference held at the King and Prince. I will rent again. There are a few minor repairs than need to be made and the carpet and tile are showing their age. But the place is clean, comfortable and convenient for our needs.

We had a great stay! Very clean and recently renovated. There is a lot of stairs which was not a problem for our group but may be something to consider if you have an older group or young kids. The location is great! The only problem I had was the amount of check out duties with such a high cleaning fee. For a cleaning fee of almost 300 I wasn’t expecting to have to do so much at checkout. Other than that this was a wonderful stay! We had a great time and we were able to walk to the beach and many restaurants. Very nice that beach chairs, a beach wagon, and towels were provided.

Summer quickie

Just a quick family getaway to the beach. The 3 en-suites worked well, and the elevator was convenient for moving the luggage and baby up and down. Short walk to the beach and short walk to restaurants, playground, and shopping.

Fabulous time at Coastal Crush

My family spent a week at Coastal Crush and can’t say enough positive things about the property and surrounding area. It’s not easy to find a three bedroom and three bathroom rental near the beach but this place gave everyone their own space while providing easy access to the shore and great restaurants. And with parking sometimes hard to come by, it was nice being able to walk. You could easily park the car and not move it for the rest of the trip. We will definitely consider coming back again.

Even better than expected

I'm hoping the owner gets to see this -- loved this property and will definitely stay again. The property was immaculate and SO roomy. Appreciated the elevator in getting the luggage up to the third and fourth floor - super convenient. Awesome kitchen that was organized so well and had literally everything you would ever need. Storage areas, pantries, linen closets were large and in abundance. Proximity to and ease of getting to the beach was also a huge plus. It truly did not lack for a thing -- as if they asked me about everything i needed. Where it is located on the island is also perfect - East Beach - so close to all the restaurants and shopping we wanted. Loved it

Girls Weekend

Spring Break

I will definitely stay at this location again. Response time was on point, the place was immaculate and we did not have to drive to the beach with all of our beach gear! The walk to the beach access was less than 5 minutes. I totally recommend this place.The only downside: there were a lot of steps and for a 2-year old, that is all he wanted to do was go up and down the steps! But we watched him the whole time so the extra stairs were not an issue. Just letting you know if you have a small mobile child :)

Wedding weekend

We came to St Simon Island for our nephews wedding. We were so excited to explore the area. The home was beautiful very close to ocean within walking distance neighborhood was beautiful and safe. Unfortunately Hurricane Helene decided to make landfall and we had no power from Thursday night of our stay until we checked out early on Saturday due to no power(originally booked thru Sunday). The place was absolutely beautiful and the village looked so nice we wish we would have been able to truly enjoy the area.

We've rented many locations throughout the years. Normally, the description is a bit over the top...that was not the case in this instance. The house was exactly as it was described...if anything...the items provided were minimized. The house was exceedingly well appointed. Normal, little things like wine glasses were exceptional and even included margarita glasses. There were ample beach chairs and the beach towels were brand new. EVERYTHING was were well appointed. We would definately stay here again in the future.

We were super impressed with this property. It was beautifully decorated and so welcoming. Everything you could need was available in the kitchen. The beds were really comfortable and the 3 bedrooms each with an en-suite and balcony offered privacy for couples vacationing together. It was truly a 1-2 minute walk to the beach in a beautiful, quiet area. The house was within a very short one minute walk to several great restaurants/bars/brewery. We were about an 10 minute bike ride/ 5 minute golf cart ride to Pier Village. I could go on and on. You can not go wrong in booking a stay at Coastal Crush.

We had a great stay at Coastal Crush! The condo was large so there was plenty of room for 3 couples. The condo was clean and in the perfect location to walk to restaurants and the beach. I would stay here again.

Gracious Vacation Living

Great place. Comfortable and beautiful. Close to the beach and within walking distance of many great restaurants. Three levels allowed for privacy and quiet when needed. Large dining table for dinners and games- large kitchen for group cooking. Very well maintained and managed. Felt well looked after by the management company.
