Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons). Spring break groups and events such as weddings, receptions, etc. are not permitted.
Dogs are allowed with a $150 fee per dog (2 dogs maximum) *yard is not completely fenced

With two full bathrooms, everyone will have ample space to unwind after a day of exploring.
The Coastal Village Retreat is designed for both comfort and entertainment. Enjoy the serene garden view from the private yard, where you can gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars. The outdoor space also includes a patio with seating, perfect for morning coffee or evening barbecues.
Inside, the home features a spacious living area equipped with a smart TV for your entertainment needs. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, complete with modern appliances, a dining area, and all the essentials, including a coffee maker, microwave, and dishwasher. Whether you're preparing a family meal or a quick snack, you'll find everything you need at your fingertips.
