You'll have the entire condo to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.
D7 screened porch, welcoming, clean and cozy
Ocean Walk has two large pools and 1 baby pool.
This unit has tile floors throughout, easy to clean and maintain. Kitchen is well equipped, both bedrooms have tv’s. The screened in porch is an added bonus, great for storing your bike or having your morning coffee.
Ocean Walk complex is comprised of 16 beautiful acres. We have a stocked lake, two new tennis courts with pickle ball lines and a basketball hoop. Families love this complex .
Ocean Walk community rules should be followed by all guests.
No bicycles can be stored in the breezeways.
No glass or pets in pool areas.
Pools close at 10:00 PM. No entry allowed after hours.
Quiet time is from 11:00 PM until sunrise. Please be considerate of all residents and guests. No loud music, voices, or other audio. No running or playing on stairs.
Do not hang towels or clothing on balcony railings.
Please be respectful of the owner’s expenses by setting the air conditionIng thermostat to 74 degrees or higher during warm weather. Keep windows and doors closed when the A/C is in use.
This unit is not pet friendly.
