Enjoy all the amenities of the King and Prince Hotel without paying hotel prices! Our villa guests have access to the condo pool and hot tub, three hotel pools, tennis, gym, sea side dining and golf at the award winning Hampton Golf Club.

Enjoy views of the Atlantic Ocean, Jekyll Island, and private pool from our balcony, or walk the few steps to the pool or beach.

We are a short stroll to some of the best restaurants on the island, or you may choose to prepare meals in our well appointed kitchen.

We have a 58 inch smart television for you to enjoy in our living room. Our master bedroom has a 55 inch smart television, king bed and private bath. The second bedroom has twin beds, a 43 inch television and utilizes the hall bath.

There is covered parking for your vehicle in a secure parking lot.

Loved the location and the great views of the beach and ocean! Ruth's instructions and information were very thorough and helpful. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with supplies, which is nice - other places we've stayed only provided one roll of toilet paper! - and we appreciated the goodie bag with soft drinks and koozies. We would certainly stay there again!

Perfect spring break getaway!

The condo was perfect for our family for our spring break vacation. The beach is gorgeous and wide in front of the resort. The ocean view is spectacular; we went to sleep and woke up hearing the waves crashing. Ruth was a wonderful host and thought of everything, from beach chairs, towels and toys to tea and Keurig coffee pods and a welcome gift. The amenities at King & Prince were amazing—our 8 year old twins were constantly in the pools (one was heated which was great) and hot tub, and we loved playing tennis on the clay tennis court. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and we had our own washer and dryer. We all would have stayed longer if we could have!

Amazing! The property is great. The views from balcony we enjoyed the most. Having access to the hotel grounds was a major plus. We will definitely be back at the same condo in the future. Plenty of silverware and dishes to make food at home. Single serve and traditional coffee makers. Read other reviews with caution. If you consider yourself normal, you will love it here. If you constantly complain and need a multi-million dollar house to be happy, maybe check elsewhere. Otherwise I would highly recommend this condo and the owner.

Wonderful condo and Hosts

We had the opportunity to stay in this Oceanfront condo 9/01-9/04 and loved the location, view, cleanliness, and that everything a guest might need was available ! The Host even provided soft drinks , water, and souvenirs as keepsakes for our stay on this lovely island! The Host was quick to reply to all of our questions . Hope to stay here again next year ! .

Luxury Setting-not really a luxury condo

King and Prince is a beautiful resort with wealthy clientele. It is set in an affluent area. This condo, while serviceable; is not a wealthy or affluent setting. The furnishings are quite dated and I don't think it has been refurbished in quite some time. Major things I noted. 1. The door sticks badly. Push REALLY hard to open. 2. There are many light switches and nobs. None are labeled. Some do nothing. Good luck in figuring out what does what. We could not regulate the ceiling fans or lights at all as I was afraid we would pull them out of the ceiling. 3. There is no place to sit if you are wet and coming from the pool or beach. Every single chair has fabric or cushions. Most are very soft and difficult to rise from (we all had bad knees or backs). 4. People have left lots of towels and beach toys. Check the closets in the hall and 2nd bedroom before buying anything. 5. There were no checkout instructions. We were not sure what to do to 'close' the condo. All that being said, the owner was very responsive to questions and had also provided a very nice small welcome package. That was a nice touch.

Fabulous as always

I have stayed in this condo a few times in the past and it never disappoints. It is well maintained, clean and well stocked. The welcome gifts are very nice. The views of the ocean and beach are wonderful. Ruth is very responsive. There was an issue with the building doing work on the wifi and the wifi went out. I contacted Ruth and in record time the internet provider was at the door with a new modem. The problem was quickly resolved. I am looking forward to coming back in the future.

We’ve stayed at the king and prince before but never in the condominiums. Very pleasantly surprised. Great view, our own pool, and convenient to elevator and parking. Ruth has thought of everything in this well appointed unit. Her customer service was second to none. We will return.

Great property, great host

The Villa is a part of the King and Prince resort which made it super convenient for my conference. It's a very clean, spacious and well equipped house. Ruth is a terrific host to work with, very communicative and professional. The biggest highlight for this property is the amazing view of beach! Enjoy my trip and would recommend for anyone needing a nice affordable place in beautiful St. Simons Island GA.

Long weekend

King and Prince VRBO condo

We have stayed at the King and Prince Resort a number of times. This was the first time we had stayed in a condo not supervised by the resort management. The view was magnificent! We were sorely disappointed in the quality of the condo. The living room furniture is in desperate need of replacement as is the carpet throughout the condo. There were multiple wrinkles in the carpet which could cause falls. Rather than repainting, it appears that touch-up painting was done with the walls and woodwork looking very dated and rough. We will not be staying at this condo again and would have to rethink any rental through VRBO. It seems photos don't represent the real thing.

Everything We Needed And More!

This was our first visit to St. Simons and we could not have been more pleased with our time on the island and in the condo. Ruth really went the extra mile to make sure we had some fun welcome gifts as well as a closet full of beach toys which my daughter enjoyed! This experience exceeded our expectations.

Paradise on St Simon

Everything from booking to check-in was perfect. The condo was clean and roomy. The view from the oversized balcony was beautiful. Access to all the resort amenities was great. The location couldn't have been better to get to anywhere on the island. We will be back!
