Located off Demere Road and only a short walk to the Village in one direction and less than half a mile in the other to the Coast Guard Station on East Beach. Demere Landing also has a swimming pool onsite for guests only. This beautiful 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath three-story townhome is wonderfully decorated with upgraded baths, kitchen, and TVs. There are TVs in the living room and every bedroom! So whether you want to sit back and relax, lounge by the pool, do some shopping, or hit the beaches, this townhouse offers it all! The unit has a garage on the first level, living room, kitchen, and half bath on the second level, and three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the third level. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and one queen bed in each of the other two bedrooms. Linens and Wi-Fi are provided. Every reservation is subject to a cleaning fee of $250 to cover the cost of cleaning upon departure. The pool at Demere Landing is open year round but is not heated. Dogs will be considered with a non-refundable $200 pet fee.

Deposits will be refunded, less processing fee, if reservation is cancelled over 60 days prior to scheduled arrival date. Inside of 60 days prior to your arrival refunds will NOT be made unless property is re-rented.
