Welcome to Salt Air Villas Unit 214! The private, gated Salt Air Villas community is a quiet condo community located a short 1/2 mile from the best beaches, restaurants and shopping on St. Simons Island! Unit 214 is a nicely updated king bed efficiency unit with a bunk room. Guests will have access to covered gated parking, the Salt Air Villas community pool and a private balcony. The living area and king bed area doubles as a living area with a large 55" HD Smart TV, two sitting chairs and a sofa. The comfortable King bed offers storage for personal belongings underneath for guests during their stay. The large balcony off the living area is the perfect place to sit back and enjoy morning coffee while watching the wildlife natural area below.

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (4 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are not permitted.
