Salty Breeze Condo on St. Simons with Elevator and pool near Beach and Village

This 3-bedroom condo with IN unit elevator is perfect for your escape to St. Simons Island. Centrally located on the south end of the island, it's an easy walk to the village/pier and beach. Guests will have plenty of space to relax, with the main living area on the 2nd level and quiet bedrooms on the 3rd level.

The 2 vehicle/full (oversized) garage is on the ground level. The foosball table in the garage is always a big hit.

The large primary suite includes a comfortable seating area with TV, as well as a functional, comfortable work space/desk. A comfy recliner is great for napping, reading or TV time, and the twin size love seat is also a twin fold-out bed. The walk-in closet is big enough for a Pack-n-Play (which we keep on sight for your use). Cozy enough for a couple, or bring the family.

The property offers 2 1/2 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, outdoor spaces, with a covered back deck overlooking the quiet beautiful woods. The front covered shaded stoop has outdoor chairs to read/relax...rain or shine. We love having separate quiet spaces for work, rest or play. Stroll down the winding path through the woods to a large park area, with a 1/2 mile, wide/paved walking trail and playground.

The nice size community pool is just at the end of our building, and has plenty of chairs and umbrellas to relax, read or watch your loved ones swim. It is not heated, but is always open and is fairly pleasant in Jan/Feb
