Serenity now! Having troubles planning a family vacation that everyone is happy with? Previously known to many as "St. Somewhere," this large four bedroom four and a half bath home is bound to please everyone on your vacation list! This property boasts an amazing screened porch that you will have to see to believe! The main floor includes the master bedroom and bathroom as well as a second bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs are the other two bedrooms and bathrooms. One of the second floor bedrooms also features a deck, which is perfect for sitting and enjoying the breeze. Outside on the back porch you will find a large grill. This property is hardwood throughout the bottom floor, tiled bathrooms, and carpeted in all the bedrooms. Beds consist of 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 twins, and one daybed. Summer Salt is biking or walking distance to The Pier Village for all your shopping and restaurant needs! You can take the kids to Neptune Park for a dip in the pool or a round of mini golf. Don’t forget to stop by the lighthouse. Climb to the top and check out those awesome views! There are also new pickleball courts not far from this beautiful home! The nearest beach access is about 0.3 miles away. No pets allowed.

Very pleasant and much needed schoolcation trip

Property was exactly as advertised in description and pictures. Very spacious with each bedroom having it’s own bathroom. We were able to take work calls and the kids were able to log on for school with everyone having ample space and privacy. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare meals. The screened in ground floor porch was comfortable and a nice addition - we used the grill one evening and that was seamless. We walked to the 11th street beach access from the house and also walked to the Main Street. Very short drive to East Beach area. Would certainly recommend thanks!

We stayed here 4 months and this house was wonderful as was its location. Plenty of space and well equipped kitchen and linens! We would definitely stay here again!
