Additional amenities include direct beach access and barbecue grills as well as a fitness, and business center. All residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.
Beach Club 127 offers a partial ocean view across the courtyard, an updated kitchen, and features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Needs a serious facelift
The building was nice and the location was great. The condo itself needed some serious updating. If you miss the 70’s/80’s this is the condo for you. The wallpaper is peeling, furniture is worn out and the whole place could use a fresh coat of paint. The best part was the balcony. We had friends staying in another condo on the 3rd floor and it was modern and very nice. My kids were embarrassed to show them ours. It was clean and the air worked well. Will rent a better kept condo next time around.
