Yes it was all set up nicely it was a little to far to walk to Pier and lighthouse and then you had to pay extra if you wanted pool heated but all in all it served our needs

We had a wonderful time at this gorgeous house!

This was the perfect house for our girls weekend! It was beautifully decorated, newly renovated, had luxurious touches and was in a great location - very close the village, a great coffee shop and the beach. We loved it and it was super comfortable. The management company was very responsive and helpful and did a great job with communication. We highly recommend it!

The layout provided privacy and comfort for the two kids and five adults. Everyone loved the pool and backyard setting. We would definitely stay here again! We never had to drive more than 5-7 minutes to get to the grocery store, beach, pier, or restaurants. It would be easy to bike or use a golf cart to get around town if you chose to bring those. The seating in the kitchen was a little tight, but doable.

House Was Fine but Pool Was a Disappointment

The house was fine and as described. The pool was a disappointment. The bottom of the pool was littered with leaves and dirt. The pool skimmers were so full of trash that the pump could not suction the surface dirt. When asked to have someone service the pool so that we could use it we were told that they couldn’t do that on the weekend. Interestingly enough, later in the weekend a company stopped by to test the water chemistry but couldn’t clean the pool. We requested some compensation for the dirty pool and we were told maybe in 2-3 days. It’s been a week and they are still thinking about it.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at 1101 Mallory Street! The home was stocked with cooking pans, utensils, hand soap, bathrooms with shampoo/conditioner and towels. The living room was great and came with magazines with ideas for what all the great things St.Simons has! The beds were comfortable! We'd definitely rent again for future trips!
