Welcome to The Beach House! Nestled on a quiet street, just a 5-minute walk to the beach, this completely remodeled island cottage is the perfect south end escape for guests to enjoy ALL of the fun on St. Simons Island. The 8x14 heated (upon request in advance for $45/day) pool is a tropical escape for guests to enjoy privacy and the full island experience.

Guest reservations of 3 to 21 nights come with a valuable credit to use towards beach gear rentals during your stay! The credit amount of $40/night is included in each reservation. You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and even experiences with select vendors! – the choice is yours!

Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (10 persons). Events such as weddings, rehearsal dinners, etc. are strictly not permitted.

Newly updated and furnished, this beautiful island cottage features an open concept floor plan with a brand new chef's kitchen with new stainless steel appliances including an oversized refrigerator, beverage refrigerator and a stand alone ice maker. The open living space features a dining area with seating for 8 and bar seating for 2 more guests. There are two adjacent living spaces perfectly suited for adults to gather while the rest of the party is entertained in front of the large HD Smart TV. Interested in bringing your dog? The Beach House is a pet friendly property and the fenced in back yard space is the perfect place for your pooch to safely roam and explore.

On the first floor, guests will find the first of two primary bedroom suites with a comfortable king bed, HD Smart TV and an en suite primary bathroom. Upstairs guests will find three guest bedrooms, one of which is the second primary bedroom suite. The second floor primary suite offers a king size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The two guest bedrooms share a hall bathroom with tub/shower.

Guests will have access to a front load washer and dryer during their stay. The cottage does have high speed Xfinity Wi-Fi available throughout the house as well as a full live cable channel offering through YouTubeTV streaming service.

The house is beautifully renovated, but kept the beach house cottage charm. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything you need…and then some. There was ample room for our family and friends. The house is within walking distance of most things in St Simon. It was the perfect rental house for our vacation.

Very pretty house. House was exactly as shown in pictures online. Kitchen very updated and well stocked with essential cookware and dinnerware. Very nice private patio with pool. We paid to have it heated since our stay was in October and it felt wonderful. It is an easy 4-5 minute walk to the beach. The rental is dog friendly and was great for our lab. The entire yard front to back is fenced with the back yard having a wood privacy fence. House has a very quiet washer and dryer upstairs. There is a TV in every bedroom and the living room area. The house had everything we needed. Great place for a family vacation. We hope to be able to come again.

We spent four days at The Beach House recently with our two dogs and we were so happy with our choice. The house was just as described and very clean. It was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Very comfortable beds and pillows, kitchen was great. The neighborhood was quiet and an easy walk to the beach. The pool and back yard area is private, fenced and lovely and having the front yard fenced too was a plus. Communication was good too. Definitely would stay here again.

Very nice home with space for our family. Updated kitchen and large living area were where we spent the majority of our time. The pool was just the right size for the kids (ages 4, 6, and 9). Bedrooms were put together well and there are plenty of bathrooms to accommodate a large bunch.

Perfect stay

The entire process was seamless. The property specifically was amazing. Very clean and in great shape overall. We particularly were pleasantly surprised with the luxury appliances. The beds were very comfortable which aren’t easily found in vacation rentals typically. This was a multi-generational trip and we loved how the first floor had a primary room with en suite as well as the second level has an additional primary with en-suite. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. It is an easy walk to the beach, less than 10 minutes is accurate. The beach itself was okay. It is clean and not very crowded however most of the week there were simply very little waves which the kids found boring. More like being in a lake. I read that it was due to a sandbar near shore. The pool is a nice addition however it is on the smaller side. Good for small kids but the teenagers felt a little let down by its size, but they still used it regularly ;)I give this place 5 stars for sure, overall a 9.5/10 Easy recommendation would be to screen in the front porch, that would make the outdoor living space somewhat nicer which would get me to a 10/10 I give the beach a 6/10

We loved our stay at the beach house! It’s in a great location. Short walk or drive to the beach and restaurants. There are a lot of trees around that causes the pool and backyard sitting area to get pretty dirty but a little cleaning each morning and it was fine. Would definitely rent again!

Great house on St. Simons Island!

We loved our Labor Day weekend stay at Breezy Bliss! The house was SO convenient to the beach and many other activities plus restaurants and shops. The interior was beautifully decorated and we loved the outdoor small pool with a gas grill and plenty of seating. We played games in the front yard and enjoyed the quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was stocked with EVERYTHING we needed, loved the built in ice machine. Thank you for a lovely family weekend in your lovely home!

Just what we wanted!

The Beach House exceeded our expectations! It was just the right amount of house for my family and our dog + an additional friend who came later in the week. The pool was great, and we used it every day. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc., and the beds were super comfy. I highly recommend the Beach House, and my family will look to stay here again in the future!

Cozy stay for the whole family!

Loved our time spent at The Beach House! The location is convenient and walkable to great restaurants and the beach! The house was equipped with all the items we would have needed to make our stay easy and comfortable. We comfortably fit 4 couples and 1 infant (9 people total) and there was room for more! The response of the management company was exceptional. We had wifi issues the first day (user error) but they were on top of it and ready to assist us with anything we needed. Overall, I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking for a cozy and accommodating home with a large family.
