This 750 square foot condo is spacious with plenty of outdoor living spaces and a king-sized bed in the bedroom. Close off the curtains for privacy from the other areas of the house! We have a Fully stocked kitchen (you bring the food), sleeper sofa, dining table and an amazing wrap around balcony where you can see Thatch Cay, Water Bay, Coki Beach area and all the way to Tortola in the BVI.

At the condo, we have towels, linens, beach towels, and a cooler available for your use. Bring the cooler with you on your daily adventures packed with sandwiches or your favorite libations.

If you are new to VRBO, please keep in mind that you are renting a private condo and you won't have the same services and staff available to you as you would in a hotel (such as concierge service, daily housekeeping, linen changes or turn down service). Our vacation home is your home for the week or for however long you have booked!

We are located 3 miles from bustling Red Hook which is the heart of the boating community and has a grocery store, shops, bars and restaurants to suit any taste. Ferry service to St. John and the British Virgin Islands is available from Red Hook as well as private boat charters.

Located 6 miles from downtown Charlotte Amalie, the capital of the US Virgin Islands. It has a deep water harbor that was once a haven for pirates, but is now one of the busiest ports of call for cruise ships in the Caribbean. For us non-cruisers though, that means shopping - duty free. And great views, dining on some local cuisine, and sampling the local Rum among other specialty drinks.

8 miles from the airport. You can take a taxi or rent a car. To truly enjoy the island from our location, we do recommend a car, but taxis in all shapes are also available.

Our place is perfect for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We strive to do our best, to ensure you have a great vacation! Make our home away from home, yours during your next vacation.

Sun & Sea Bar and Grill-open for Breakfast Mon-Saturday and lunch and dinner every day! Located at Point Pleasant. Please know that the restaurant usually closes during the month of September during hurricane season.

Our condo is located within Point Pleasant Villa Owners Association property but we are not part of the Hotel Program. We are owner operated and you are welcome to enjoy the 3 pools, nature trail, restaurants and beach. We do not provide towel service or linen changes unless scheduled in advance with our housekeeper. However, we have plenty of towels, beach towels, beach chairs and a cooler that you can use! You are welcome to call the on-site shuttle for when you would like a ride up to the taxi area, to the hilltop pool and even to the Terrace Pool. It's an easy walk from our place to the trail to the beach and to Shoreline Pool.

POWER OUTAGES
Occasionally the island electric company WAPA will have an issue with their service and you may experience an unexpected power outage; sometimes this is island-wide and sometimes it only affects certain areas but it has nothing to do with the resort or our villa so unfortunately there isn’t anything we can do about it. Should this happen, you’ll also temporarily lose running water (which also means no toilet flushing) but there should be bottles of water under the bathroom sink to pour in the tank if needed. Should you experience a power outage, the restaurants on Point Pleasant have independent generators and so does the lobby so they will be open, but it’s a perfect opportunity to unplug and go to the beach or explore different places on the island. Most locals are used to this but I truly understand this is not the norm for everyone else – hopefully you can roll with it and look around at the beautiful views and appreciate the beauty along with the quirks of island life!

TRIP/TRAVEL INSURANCE
As private Hosts, we offer unique dates in our property and highly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" travel insurance which may cover many risks including airline cancellations and health emergencies at a minimal cost. We do not provide refunds due to airline cancellations, health emergencies, power or wifi outages that are beyond our control.

HEADS UP for Your Island Getaway for the months of AUGUST TO NOVEMBER!

As you’re dreaming of sipping piña coladas and soaking up the sun here in the US Virgin Islands, we wanted to give you a little heads-up. While the months of August, September and October often bring us beautiful blue skies and warm breezes, it’s also the time when Mother Nature can be a bit unpredictable.

You might experience days filled with sunshine or get treated to some scattered rain showers (perfect for a cozy afternoon in your suite). There’s also the possibility of a tropical wave or, on rare occasions, even a hurricane trying to crash the party.

While we always hope for the best, we like to be prepared for anything. That's why we strongly recommend getting travel insurance for your trip. With travel insurance, you can enjoy your vacation with peace of mind, knowing you’re covered no matter what the weather decides to do. Because let’s face it, the only surprises you want on your vacation are the good kind—like a sea turtle swimming by during your snorkel!

Now, just in case Mother Nature gets really dramatic and a storm in the Virgin Islands causes the airport on St. Thomas to close, preventing you from flying in, we’ve got you covered with a full refund. However, if a storm somewhere else impacts your travel, we won’t be able to provide a refund—so if you’re flying from or through areas that might be hit by snowstorms, windstorms, or any other weather adventures, trip insurance is definitely the way to go.

If you’re already on-island and a named storm decides to drop by, please note that our villa is not a suitable storm shelter. For your safety, you’ll need to check out, and we’ll gladly refund you for the unused portion of your stay. There are designated storm shelters and hotels/resorts that are better equipped for serious weather, and once again, trip insurance can help cover the unexpected.
