SEASCAPE VILLA is a spacious, gated, all concrete home. It’s my 3rd St Thomas property, located in Peterborg on the beautiful, cooler, north shore. It joins Seaview Villa and Seaside Villa as the largest and new rental

SEASCAPE has a commanding view north to the ocean, Hans Lollick island, the British Virgin Islands and St John, as well as to the east and west.

Drive in and park under the car pergola. Walk WITHOUT ANY STAIRS to the house and proceed through the foyer to the magnificent 800sf open rafter living room. The living room has corner sliders which offer views of the pool, deck and ocean. The 8’ kitchen window faces the ocean as well. The dining table seats 10 and has 12 feet of window looking onto the landscaping. Off the living room is a convenient 1/2 bath with custom vanity.

Travel down the hall to two large bedrooms, each with its own large bathroom. The bedrooms each have 10’ of glass to give you the most magnificent view of the ocean and islands, and beautiful tiled en-suite bathroom with double vanity. Go down the staircase with exotic Cumaru wood treads to two additional bedrooms, each with large en-suite bathrooms and the same fabulous views. In the west bedroom King bed can be split to make two twins. All bedrooms have a TV, and Wi-Fi. The mahogany doors in all rooms are gorgeous.

Need to fax or copy? Just use the office. ( yes, it faces the ocean too).
Uh oh, it’s raining. Well no worries. At the end of the lower floor hall is a 500sf playroom with exercise bicycles, weights, card table/chairs, and ping ping table.There are also games for the kids . The north wall has 30’ of window out to the same incredible ocean and island view.

The kitchen has stainless appliances, a chef’s 36” stove, granite counters and a view to die for. There are brand new wood cabinets and a 5' X 7' dining island topped with beautiful granite that beckons you to sit, snack and socialize.

Like light without glare? The living room will satisfy you. Doors and windows, including clerestory windows, on three sides create a bright space throughout the day.
All new furnishings, including large leather sofas, comfy accent chairs and a 65” TV make for an enjoyable evening at home.

Outside, the main deck has a large seating arrangement and a dining table for 10.
Want a peaceful time being mesmerized by the ocean view? Walk out any of the 4 bedrooms and sit on your balcony. But, don’t forget to take a dip in the heated pool with the ocean as your backdrop!!
