It is a Caribbean dream vacation spot! wake up to breath taking views, admire the stunning sunsets, enjoy a walk or swim in white sandy beach, or relax by the pool. We are Located in one of the most desirable areas of the Island, Cowpet Bay. We are in Cowpet Bay East. Hummingbird Paradise is not just beautiful but also an affordable place to stay with your family or friends right on the beach. We are also conveniently located near other beautiful beaches, like Secret Harbor, Cabrita, Saphire Beach, Lindquist Beach, and Coki Beach. On site you can also enjoy two of the best restaurants in the Island, just a short walk away, Sangria and Caribbean Fish Market. We are confident you will have an enjoyable stress-free vacation. The condo is well equipped with everything one needs to feel at home and unwind. The views are amazing, the condo is clean and well maintained, and the price couldn't be better! Way less expensive than a hotel room.

Location, location, location. The very large balcony overlooks the reef on scenic Cowpet Bay - ample seating and furnishings to enjoy this balcony and watch the sunsets with beverage of choice. Beds are very comfortable with ample pillows and bedding. Kitchen is galley style but has essentials for cooking, laundry, etc. Beach is terrific and snorkeling among reef also good. Two restaurants on property - both very good. Red Hook bars, restaurants and ferries to St. John are 5 mins. Away by car. For 3bed, 3 bath condo and all the amenities - this is a great value.

Very nice unit, had everything we needed. Only downside was no local television stations for the playoffs. Apps only, and our streaming apps didn't work in the islands. But we had a great stay. Rosie was very responsive the few times we needed to reach out.

Our goal was to find 3 separated bedroom spaces for 6 guests and this property was perfect for that. Although the kitchen was a tight squeeze at times when cooking while others refilled coffee, the balcony space and dining table were popular alternatives to “kitchen cook crowding”Beds were generally firmer than expected but never caused sleeplessness. We were happy to have an extra provided blanket in the closet and the pillows were plentiful.As others pointed out, some items are aging like the wake board and some bathroom counters however the options to use a wake board and also the snorkel gear and cooler for taking to the beach by far out weighed the age concerns (one wall air conditioner was not working in kitchen but like the saying goes, “if you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen”).

Great location and responsive hosts!

We had a week-long stay for a family vacation. The location of the property cannot be beat! Beautiful views, two great restaurants, lovely pool, and a quiet private beach that is perfect for families. The beds were all comfortable and the kitchen had all the amenities we needed. The pack and play was perfect for our baby, and the tub was perfect for bath time at night! We appreciated all the snorkeling and pool supplies, as well as the beach towels and sand toys. The property is a little dated, with some rust/water damage visible in the one bathroom, but not enough to make us not want to return. We absolutely would stay here again! It was perfect for our family vacation and the hosts were so helpful and quick to respond. The dishwasher was broken when we were there, but they were able to get it repaired our last evening. Lots of towels available, and shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were stocked in every bathroom. We hope to return! Thank you for a wonderful vacation filled with lots of magical memories!

Amazing Stay

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The bedrooms were very roomy and had everything we needed. It was a quick walk to the beach and parking was close as well. The area was quiet, which was nice as not a lot of tourists stopped here. The snorkeling was really good here and we saw turtles, stingrays, starfish and other fish. The host was very responsive and took care of anything we needed. We would stay again!

The Condo was situated in the perfect location. The views were spectacular. My expectations of how the property was maintained were not on the high end. But as friends have pointed out it is the Caribbean! Rosie the property manager went above and beyond to accommodate us in every way.

We had a lovely time here. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The beach is a one-minute walk from the unit and a quick drive to Red Hook. Waking up to a view of the bay was great.

Perfect location

What an amazing place. We absolutely loved our stay. The location although on the east side of the island felt like it was centrally located to everything we did. 5 minutes from Red Hook which we visited several times for dinners, ferry, and cruises. We would definitely like to use it whenever we return.

Fabulous Trip

We truly enjoyed the beautiful condo! It was very spacious for the four of us and well stocked with the essentials. The view was spectacular, and we truly enjoyed snorkeling by the rocks in the bay. We visited Coral World then snorkeled at Coki Beach, went to Cinnamon Bay in St. John, Sapphire Beach right down the road and ended our trip snorkeling with the sea turtles at Magen’s Bay. The condo was conveniently located to everything. It was a great family trip!

Great place

We loved it here. Great location at a well kept resort . Snorkeling right off the beach was pretty amazing and ranked up there with some of our favorite spots. Redhoook ferry about 15 minute car ride with traffic. Pictures are accurate. Very clean and well kept. Some little extras in the kitchen were appreciated. The restaurant on site was very good and we lucked out a couple of times were able to get seated without reservations but not sure that is the norm. Our host Rosie was very responsive to any of our questions . We were a party of 6 and agreed we would rent this exact unit next time we come back.

Pictures don’t do the location and condo justice. Breathtaking panoramic views right on the water. restaurants and the ritz all less than 10 mins walking. Rosie was great. Super responsive and easy to work with! We look forward to our next stay!

Excellent property

This is a convent located property with a gorgeous view of the bay and all of its activities. Short walk to the beach and pool. Great food and drinks on the beach at Sangria’s and a great dining experience at Caribbean Fish Market. 5 minute taxi ride into Redhook Harbor and it’s many dining options. Pesce was one of the best Italian meals I’ve had on an island.

Quiet and great location!

The bedrooms are spacious, the bay the beach it is in is clean, relaxing and beautiful with only a little breezy plus the pool was nice to change things up ! It was nice having a couple options for eatery right there but it is really close to Redhook as well!

Great location in the East end.

CowPet Bay is a great place to stay - our 3rd time on the property. All the units are similar, a bit aged, but many are updated. The pictures for this specific unit are representative of this property. It's a great location on the east end and within the condo community. A couple watch outs- they took 100% of payment 5 months in advance. I have been using VRBO for 10 plus years and haven't seen this before. Could be a new policy, not sure. Also, with this reservation we were forced to pick a damage protection insurance, I believe it was $1500 refundable or $59. $1500 refundable seemed extreme so we went with non-refundable $59.
