I absolutely adored this hotel. Staff was so friendly and nice. The restaurant at the hotel was amazing and has the best bartender in St. Thomas! As a female solo traveler I felt very safe here. The only reason it’s not 5 star is the parking situation is kind of a mess. Basically you just get lucky with a spot on the street but there is no hotel parking lot, or any parking lots nearby for that matter. But, I’m sure all of the hotels on this island don’t have parking lots simply just because of the architecture (unless you’re staying at expensive resort). Please don’t let that sway you from booking, it was an amazing stay and this will for sure be the hotel I stay at when I come back.

This property was better than I expected it to be, great views, warm welcoming staff, and accessible to everything in the area. Only thing I would say is to be ready to be attacked by mosquitoes in your room and housekeeping can do a better job at cleaning the rooms especially behind the bed, other than that, great stay!

Wonderful Hideaway in DT St. Thomas

It is so wonderful to see this family-owned little downtown hideaway! We thoroughly enjoyed the time we spent there, and the hospitality we received! The staff is amazing and so accommodating! The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and we were able to compare quite a bit before we settled on the ones we stayed in! Very nice! Thank you, Joe-Ann and Grafton, for the amazing time in VI!

The Bunker Hill Hotel was perfect for our group of (4). The complimentary breakfast was very enjoyable. Price was super reasonable as well. Only comment would be to have better sealed rooms, there was a decent amount of bugs / spiders. Still a great stay and would come back.

I love how nice and relaxing it is here. It’s not too overwhelming. The staff is great! I loved the breakfast and dinner there! The only thing I didn’t like would be the parking that is hard sometimes to find a spot!

Perhaps other rooms on the property are well-maintained but ours was in a poor state of disrepair. Corroded light fixtures, bulging wall tiles, unpainted plaster patchwork, chipped and cracked floor tiles, unfunctioning appliances, filthy side chair, mold/mildew wall stains, dripping shower head, bulb-less table lamp and scarred, de-silvered bathroom mirror.
