New CUSTOM cabinets, CUSTOM granite counter tops, CUSTOM wall finishes, washer/dryer, dishwasher, travertine throughout, zone air conditioning, glass showers, 3 TV's, free wifi , fully furnished kitchen, gated community, amazing views, 3 minute drive to Red Hook, ferry dock, and grocery store. Quiet, peaceful gated community, 1-2 minute walk to the beach, pool/hot tub access, next to St. Thomas Yacht Club, two restaurants and pool bar on property. Charter boating, kayaking, para sailing, snorkeling, diving, zip lining. It is the CUSTOM VACATION HOME of my dreams. It turned rental after the hurricanes of 2017 and is one of the BEST condos in Cowpet Bay West.

This place was amazing. Clean, quiet, spacious, absolutely beautiful views. We had our morning coffee on the beautiful balcony watching the sunrise. Great way to start the day! The hosts are beyond attentive and lovely to work with. We will definitely come back next year and stay at this condo. This was by far the most well appointed condo we had ever stayed. It had everything you need, beach gear, toiletries, an abundance of condiments, kitchen products like garbage bags, etc. We loved staying on the East end and in this great condo!

We had a wonderful stay at Cowpet Bay West for my 50th birthday trip! The condo was clean, well-stocked, and matched the photos perfectly. The view from the balcony was stunning, and the furniture was both attractive and comfortable. Bedrooms were spacious with comfy beds, nice bathrooms, and great air conditioning.We loved the fully equipped kitchen, plenty of towels, washer/dryer, and extra touches like beach chairs and snorkeling gear (though we didn’t use all of it). Check-in/check-out instructions were clear, and everything worked well.We cooked breakfast most days and ate out for other meals. The walk to the beach is short, though there are stairs. We had easy access to taxis and visited both St. Thomas and St. John with no issues. The location is ideal—peaceful but convenient.A couple of notes: the patio screen door didn’t lock, and the TV channels in the bedrooms weren’t updated, but neither impacted our stay. We also attempted to use the Caribbean Fish Market guest discount, but the server said it didn’t apply.Overall, this condo was the perfect base for our island adventures. Highly recommended for couples, families, or special trips. We’d definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time at Cowpet. This condo has absolutely everything you need, including scales, fans, rafts, snorkels, waterproof cases for phones, etc. We spent 2 weeks in St Thomas. We stayed at Cowpet for a week and then on the Northside for a week. We were missing this condo for sure. The furniture was comfortable and the beds were too. best equipped condo I have ever stayed at!! ironically, I had booked this condo for the water fountain at the entrance. Thats no longer there. It didn't matter, I just thought it was a fun feature. this condo is convenient for day trips to St John and the BVIs. it is also one of the few complexes with a beach. thank you for a wonderful time. I highly recommend

The balcony view to the Bay was amazing and very calming. We had beautiful weather the whole week we were there. You were just able to walk right down to the Bay and to the pool. Everything was amazing. Condo was furnished with everything you need. Snorkeling equipment towels for the beach chairs. Everything in the kitchen that you need to cook. It's all there!

THIS PLACE WAS PERFECT LOCATION!

I only have it 4 stars over two minor things. When I am visiting somewhere I need TV and want to see the local news the TVs were in every room I just had a major issue working dish in our room. The host is soooo sweet and wonderful called dish and all I am sure of was me never saw the news. The second thing is I was sad the pics show a water feature in entry and that is not there they should change that pic.Now the good THE VIEW!!!!! The other pics are spot on. We were there with two 18 yr olds this was my daughter’s grad gift to bring a friend to St Thomas and it did not disappoint! (First timers) to be honest I never ventured down to the beach our view was lovely and we were mainly there at night. The kids were down there every single night and it was no issue to walk down. The Ac is split three system and worked great! Sadly 3/4 of us were very sick with a virus and I was grateful for that the one full day I had to spend in the condo stupid stupid cold virus! The condo has all the beach equipment and we added to that leaving floaters AND A PUMP IN A BOX for others to use! We also added to the liquor cabinet. If I had a question from booking or stay the owner of her daughter answered right away and were VERY NICE! I really didn’t understand the layout of island when I picked this condo I picked off view and VRBO pics and what was nice but we rented a jeep we drove everywhere and quickly realized I got lucky THIS LOCATION IS PERFECT! We love being right next to Redhook.

Not 5 star...

My boyfriend and I stayed here April 27th- May 2nd (Sunday to Friday) when we first got there on Sunday, every restaurant on the property was open. However, the beach bar was closed for most of the week. The Fish Market was only open at 4pm, and Sangria's menu was very limited and both were closed on Monday. Be aware that if it is raining, there is not much to do. Yes, red hook is a 5-10 minutes taxi ride but has very limited options and to be honest, not a very nice area. The Ritz next door is walkable, but up a very steep hill and those restaurants were supposed to be open but closed. It is a 30 minute ride, of twists and turns and crazy drivers, to anything else on the island. The beach was also covered with ants, the pool and hot tub had band aids and trash all over, there is not daily maitenance for this property. Also, before renting, ask the host if there is going to be construction going on through out the property. There was constant hammering, drilling and loud trucks that you could hear at the beach, pool and restaurants. We also spent the last 2 days listening to jack hammering underneath us and could not do anything about it because it was raining. Another thing to mention is that some of the emenities were broken or not there. i.e. blowdryer broke, iron leaked, blender wasn't there, and limited wine glasses. The place was nice, the bedroom facing the ocean was the prettiest while the bedroom in the back was very dark.

Great stay at Cowpet Bay

Overall, the property offers a great scenic view overlooking the beach. You are close to many dining options, places to shop and many water activities. The Condo is relatively close to the beach, however, be aware that there are atleast 85 steps back and forth ( I counted, lol). Thank for a great stay for our first time in St. Thomas!

Sun kissed and carefree!

My family and I stayed here for a week! We loved every minute of our stay. It is located in a fantastic spot! It's close to so many things- grocery store, restaurants, Ferry to St. John, beaches and so much more! It was clean, and had so many things you would need to cook (we didn't), it had laundry, coolers, beach towels, snorkel stuff and so much more. The owners were very responsive and quick to respond if we had any questions. The unit is close to the beach and has a gorgeous view of the ocean. The beach was clean and had beach chairs for you to use. There were also palm trees to provide shade if needed. The pool was nice with a pool bar which came in handy. I would highly recommend staying at this property. The only thing I would change is to have 4 chairs on balcony. There is a table with benches but we all gravitated toward the two chairs:)

Great stay

Condo was very clean and had anything we could possibly need. Really appreciated the simple things like not having to buy toilet paper and trash bags. We loved the balcony and views. Furniture was comfortable, and plenty of seating. The beach was nice and quiet and plenty of chairs to use. We saw a good size puffer fish and sea turtle snorkeling near the reef. Would definitely recommend this condo!!

Our family of four lived our stay! Perfect location, just a few steps from the beach, beautiful view from the condo, and restaurants in the complex. We rented a jeep and explored the island and St. John. We all loved our trip! I loved the location of the condo and it was very spacious. We enjoyed the coolers and beach chairs. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
