It was clean and the receptionist was helpful. To much noise from the bar, street and other rooms. The office and restaurant did not open until after 8 am.

The wall are paper thin , u can hear the people in the next room. Talking loud and playing music loud. Club was also too loud . People about to fight . Toilet seat broken . Floor needed to be clean .only two parking spot . If ur lucky. Or u have to park on the street.

The hotel was under construction and was not in a great location. The units were tiny and not in great shape. I paid $180 for one night in a premium room, but initially received a room with two double beds one of which I sat on the foot of the bed and the headboard came off the ground. I had to call travelocity who contacted the hotel to have me moved to a king "premium" room. I'm not sure why it was considered premium. I would have preferred to move to another hotel. Both rooms did have towels folded into swans on the beds. The balcony amenity gave a view of a street and looked like it was in front of someone's private sliding glass doors. I would pay a little more and get a hotel on the water or in a guest house if possible.

This place is in the middle of what the locals call the “Hood”. I booked a premium King room for two nights online in conjunction with the airline flight to St Thomas, coming and going. Upon arriving discovered a seedy area, they had allowed a stay over guest to have our room and gave us a room on the street with a queen bed, bathroom with towel bars off the wall and toilet paper holder missing. The noice from a nearby bar pounded till 1 am! The place was under construction and literally unsafe for walking esp up two flights of stairs. We were charged more than what you’d pay by googling it. Ir should not be listed and endorsed by Travelocity or any other promotional online site.
