Welcome to paradise! This beautifully renovated beachfront luxury condominium is located directly on Sapphire Beach's half-mile stretch of white sand, overlooking the crystal-clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean Sea.

Relax on the beach, unwind on your private shaded balcony, or enjoy a meal at the outdoor dining table while taking in breathtaking views of St. John and the British Virgin Islands. Your private balcony is also equipped with a grill, making it the perfect place to enjoy island living.

The fully remodeled kitchen is designed for those who love to cook and features custom cabinetry, tiled countertops and backsplash, and stainless-steel appliances, including a full-size refrigerator, microwave/convection oven, four-burner glass cooktop, toaster, blender, drip and Keurig coffee makers, and more. We also provide many of the essentials, including coffee, filters, tea, spices, paper products, foil, soap, shampoo, and other conveniences to help you settle in immediately.

The condo has been thoughtfully updated throughout with new flooring, upgraded furnishings, a remodeled bathroom, a dining area, and two large flat-screen TVs. Whether you're dining indoors or on the balcony under the stars, you'll enjoy unforgettable views and the soothing sounds of the ocean.

Spend your days snorkeling the vibrant reef just steps from the condo, lounging on the beach, swimming in the two-tiered pool, or simply watching sailboats drift across the horizon. Several dining options are conveniently located within Sapphire Beach Resort.

BEDROOM & LIVING AREA

At day's end, retreat to the comfortable king-size master sleeping area featuring a luxury pillow-top mattress. For added privacy, simply close the beautiful solid mahogany louvered sliders separating the bedroom from the living space.

The condo features two televisions—one in the living area and one in the bedroom.

While the condo is fully air-conditioned, many guests prefer opening the large glass doors to enjoy the tropical trade winds and the calming sound of waves just outside.

If you choose to rent a vehicle, remember that driving is on the left side of the road in the USVI. The island is easy to navigate, and having a car allows you to explore beaches, restaurants, scenic overlooks, and local attractions at your own pace. Taxi service is also readily available at Sapphire Beach Resort.

Susan previously lived at Sapphire Beach, and together we continue to visit the island frequently. These regular visits allow us to personally oversee the condominium and ensure it meets the high standards we expect for our guests.

Our love for St. Thomas and the Caribbean, along with our firsthand knowledge of the island, helps us provide recommendations and assistance to make your vacation as enjoyable and memorable as possible. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions before, during, or after your stay.

Our calendar is kept up to date; however, if your preferred dates show as unavailable, please reach out. We own additional condominiums within Sapphire Beach Resort and can often accommodate your travel plans with a similar unit.

Once your reservation and deposit are received, we will send a rental agreement along with a welcome packet containing helpful information about the condo, resort, and island.

Please note: As of January 2026, Sapphire Beach's backup generators are fully operational, providing reliable power throughout the property and eliminating concerns about island-wide power outages.

Great birthday celebration with family and friends, loved this unit, the fact they had a mini bar with left donated liquor as well as a grill that allowed us to grill out steaks, burgers and dogs. Host were not needed during our stay but afterwards our flights got delayed and our host said they would allow us to stay if needed. Thank you for a wonderful stay 10 out 10

The condo was just enough for us two. Very clean and had everything you need. The bed was very comfortable! Great communication with hosts. There were a few power outages but that is an island issue not condo. Very pretty beach and close to restaurants and also ferry to St. John. Loved our stay and can’t wait to come back again!

Overall our stay at Three Palms was great. It was my wife, myself & our two children (13 & 11). The views were spectacular and the location was perfect. Sapphire beach was beautiful and having resort style amenities such as 3 restaurants on the beach and a coffee shop made things easy. The owners sent a list with many helpful tips & recommendations which we utilized. Restaurants - The Sapphire Beach Bar & Paradise Pie at Sapphire were both quick with the food which was good and affordable. We also at at Sea Salt & Caribbean Fish Market, both of which had beautiful views, great service, delicious food and drinks. The only issue is that cruise ships send people to Sapphire beach, so it was VERY crowded most days. On the day we left, it was empty and quite enjoyable. The condo itself was clean & the owners do a nice job of making you feel welcome. It was probably a little too tight for the age of our kids who slept on the pullout couch, but we made it work.

Susan and Mark were very accommodating and great communication. The condo was very clean and true to pictures and description. It was in a perfect location, next to the dock and only a short walk to the beach, bar and restaurants. Secluded condo tucked near the end so had the privacy we enjoyed. The water was right at your back doorstep. The views were amazing to whether enjoying your morning coffee watching the sunrise or enjoying an evening beverage with the moonlight glistening on the water that leads right to your back patio. They provided everything you need to sunscreen, bug repellent (which you will definitely need), adult beverages, coffee, condiments, etc. Anything and everything you could think of. Would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

Awesome location

Amazing place to stay!!!! Wonderful bed and amenities!!! We would love to come back! We did however lose power for about 5 hours as there is no backup generator.

Amazing!

This is our 3rd time here for my daughter’s birthday. Photos do not do this place justice! The property manager was very nice and promptly responsive. Condo was beautiful and had absolutely everything you (and children) would need to have a great time!

Had the best time staying at this wonderful condo! Location was super and the host has the unit fully stocked with everything you could possibly need! Wonderful appliances, towels, seating, beach gear, etc. Can’t wait to go back and stay longer.

The owner of this property has thought of everything! It is clean, well stocked and comfortable! It is right on the beach and a short walk to the pool, coffee shop, and restaurant. I highly recommended Three Palms!!!
