Our carefully and generously designed **** gallery house with fireplace, in the outside area with pool (unheated) and sauna use, WLAN use, as well as separate all-weather playground, ensures the special ambience in the former farm. The house is arranged over 2 1/2 floors. The large living area (approx. 60m ²) with fireplace, kitchenette, dining area and open stairs to the upper floor ensures a special feel-good atmosphere. In particular, the fireplace and the unobstructed view from the living area up to the roof beams convey the exceptionally sophisticated feeling of living in this holiday residence. At the open gallery on the upper floor there are one of the two shower rooms / toilet (the second shower room / toilet is on the ground floor) and the two closed bedrooms, as well as the stairs up to the open sleeping gallery in the attic with two beds. There is additional sleeping space on the sofa bed in the living area. The apartment has separate access and its own furnished terrace.
