Shelldous is a comfortable holiday home with only a short walk to the beach, accommodates a maximum of 9 guests - 6 in the house and 3 in the games room.

Open plan kitchen with fridge/freezer, electric oven/stove top, microwave, kettle, toaster, Delonghi coffee pod machine (BYO pods), toastie machine, blender, electric knife, slow cooker. Dining with 4 seater table and chairs, living area with split system reverse cycle air-conditioner, 2 x 2 seater lounges, 2 x single seaters, large TV (not smart tv), HDMI/USB, DVD, large door leading onto front shaded deck.

4 bedrooms - the 4th being part of the games room, main bedroom with ceiling fan/light and TV.

Bathroom with vanity, shower, bath, separate w/c.

Laundry with top loading washing machine, trough, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.

Rear yard is fully fenced with outdoor setting, large 4 burner BBQ, crab cooker, crab rakes. Games room with large TV, sound bar, pool table, bar, bar fridge, microwave, small oven, air-conditioned, futon (double bed) plus single bed, separate toilet with vanity.

Bed configuration - bed 1 - double, bed 2 - double, bed 3 - 2 singles - bed 4/games room - futon - double size plus 1 single bed.

Pillows and quilts are provided, you will need to bring your own linen - pillow cases, top/bottom sheets, towels/bath mat and tea towels.

Stansbury is a small sea side town with an excellent beach, hotel, playground, cafe, post office, butcher, chemist, service station, IGA, museum, information centre and golf course.

No smoking inside

Perfect for the whole family.
This house is absolute gem of a place. Plenty of room for the whole family. Excellent for all ages with the games room being a great little retreat for the teens to escape too. Open plan living, dining and kitchen is perfect for everyone to join in the conversation or chill out with a board game together. Fully enclosed back yard for the four legged family members. A great back lawn to set up some outdoor activities for the kids. Great location, within walking distance to the shops, beach, jetty, ect. Ample parking space. Easily fit the cars and boat. We sometimes have issues with staying in holiday accommodation as our high functioning Autistic 10yo finds it hard to adapt to being somewhere new. But he absolutely adored this house and gave it a 10/10! And he has made us promise to come back! (We definitely will be!)
