It offers the perfect combination of amenities – not too big, but spacious enough, with a garden, parking, a sunny terrace for relaxing and sunbathing, and fast Wi-Fi. The property is conveniently located near the promenade, the sea, shops, ATMs, restaurants, tourist information office, and bus stops.

Room layout: Rooms 1 and 2: each with two single beds, access to the terrace, air conditioning, 1st floor. Room 3: double bed, air conditioning, 1st floor. Room 4: double bed and sofa, access to the garden, air conditioning, ground floor.

Outdoor area under video surveillance. Not wheelchair accessible. For house bookings: Parking (max. size: minivan), number of beds depends on the number of guests, unused rooms remain locked. Entrance doors remain unlocked. The host occasionally sleeps on the ground floor and uses the bathroom. Double beds are not provided for couples. Guests are liable for any damages. Please close parasols in windy conditions. Do not disconnect electrical devices from the power supply or internet.

You will receive beds according to the number of registered guests. Your booked rooms, as well as the kitchen, terrace, bathroom, outdoor dining area, and garden, are at your disposal. Parking is available on the property (maximum size: minivan). Additional public parking is available in front of the house and above the sports field; fees may apply.
