The staff were just incredible from the time we walked in to the lobby! The rooms were very clean and the sheets amazing!!! The complimentary breakfast was just perfect and compared to the same buffet we had to pay additional for at a neighboring hotel. We will definitely be back!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express in State College and were pleasantly surprised. Although the room was small, it had a sink and a microwave, which was very convenient. Parking was fairly accessible, though at night it was a bit limited since the lot was full on Sunday night. Some areas could have been cleaner—the outdoor trash bins, the ones by the lobby, and those on the 4th floor were overflowing. Other than that, everything was fine. We requested a late check-out and were allowed to stay until 1 PM at no extra charge.

Nice place. Decent rate even though it was a busy weekend. Very clean. Nice breakfast, coffee available all day. Bedside USB charger ports and a couple other maintenance issues needed attention but overall a great experience. And the staff really were wonderful!

The property was clean. The people were kind and it was very convenient to get to my daughter’s apartment in town. I also liked the fact that they had dove products in the shower and sink. I would have preferred. They offer something other than decaf coffee in the room for the Keurig. And the towels definitely need to be updated. They are like sandpaper and incredibly thin. If I had to stay there again, I would bring my own towels.
