Blake was an amazing Supervisor. He helped me every time I needed assistance. He was friendly and very attentive. Great leadership skills Blake. The downside was that our Rm TV didn't work and with a child, it was very frustrating. They did offer to move is, however it was already late and we were settled in. These items should be checked before putting a guest in a room, so people aren't inconvenienced.

Honestly the quality. It was a nice hotel but so many issues. We didn’t have hot water, we had a piece of the bathroom sliding door fall off and hit us, and we had issues with the parking gate not working

The hotel is currently renovating rooms. Our room hadn’t been updated. Parking is included but is in a garage across the street or a block away. We were just passing through town and only stayed one night so it was fine but wouldn’t want to spend a long weekend there

As usual I was asked for a card for incidentals. Upon check in, I verified they saw my prepay and booking through Expedia, in wich they did but explained the card would be held just for incidentals. However, even though I booked and paid through expedia ahead of time, I was charged 3 times for the room, in addition to the room charge, I was charged for 4 incidentals for a total of $590 for one night stay- in addition to what I already paid expedia. Spoke to the hotel staff who acknowledged the error but this Is still on my card 24 hours later. The hotel said they have to go into another system to verify I paid expedia.
