I love my home! This one level house is a three bedroom, one bath, functional kitchen, living room, and laundry room. It has large backyard with the fire pit. I maintain the house myself, it will always be clean and comfortable! It is only minutes from Penn State and on a bike path that leads to the stadium. It is a convenient location that is close to shopping, dining, State parks, hiking, and much more! Easy to get to and Is close to RT. 99, 26,322, and RT. 80

House is super clean, nice yard, and has all the basics you need. Also, is super close to campus literally only 5 mins. If you don't have a huge group and can deal with one bathroom it's the perfect house. Would definitely stay again!
