Easy walk to Walmart, Champs Sports Bar, and many other shopping and dining options on and around N. Atherton. Close to bus stop, quick drive to campus, Beaver Stadium, Bryce Jordan Center and downtown. PSU golf course just down the road and hiking at Mt. Nittany within 15 minutes.

The house was just as advertised and the host was very friendly and helpful. We attended a PSU football game and the host even invited us to their tailgate. I got the sense that if we had any difficulty at all about anything while we wee in town, we could have contacted Joe and asked for help. I recommend this place.

We stayed one night. House was clean and had pretty much everything needed for a short stay. The home is also conveniently located and close to PSU, shopping, restaurants, etc.

Had an amazing weekend in State College with a Penn State win! Joseph was great with communication and he has a beautiful comfortable and fully furnished home. Our party of 6 was more than happy with the size and amenities available to us throughout our stay. The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood with ample parking. We took an Uber to the game and walked 3 miles back to the house. It is a challenging hilly walk, consider Ubering back if you're not up for a tough walk. We will definitely seek this home out again when visiting State College!

Great spot!!!

The home was very clean and roomy! We loved the location. It had everything we needed. Perfect for my family of six adults. Joseph was quick at replying to questions prior to our stay. Would highly recommend this property for a stay at PSU!
