Very disappointing

Overwhelming smell of mold in the room. My wife and I woke up with headaches .Mentioned it to front desk, not to get a discount, but to inform them and they could not have been less bothered. Very disappointing stay to say the least.

The hotel itself is nice. Our room was spacious with a nice Mountain View. However, we encountered several issues with the bathroom. The sink and faucet look but the water splashes water out of the sink all over because of where the water hits the sink. There was no hot water in the shower. The lights in the bathroom couldn’t be turned on during our second night. There is no shop or restaurant nearby within walking distance, so if you come to State College without a car, the location of this hotel is something to consider. The hotel offers shuttle service to anywhere within 5 miles of distance.
