Our first room had a problem with the air conditioner - Jesse at the front desk immediately addressed our concerns and got us set up in different room. Our second room was clean, the ac worked and the beds were comfortable. Dear Joe was a bit pricey for 2 coffees at nearly $20- but it was good. The shuttle service to the concert we were attending was an unexpected added bonus. Would definitely stay here again.
