The Community Pool is under construction. They are redoing the whole pool and spa area. Construction will be completed in the summer of 2026, with an entirely new pool and Spa.

There is a community pool and Hot tub , two bedrooms, two bathroom, pull out couch and air bed, our condo sleeps six, up to 8th, with a pull out . It is a perfect location to unwind year round! Spend your vacation basking in the sun at Nevada Beach or Zephyr Beach both within a 10 minute drive from the condo. In the winter, Heavenly Ski Resort's Boulder and Stagecoach lifts are both less than a mile from your doorstep and Heavenly's California gondola is just a 7 minute drive away! Days full of kayaking, snowshoeing and gambling are sure to keep you busy, and a tranquil retreat will be awaiting your arrival when you are ready for a fresh, home cooked meal, play games and soak in a jetted Jacuzzi tub. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Tahoe. The property was disappointing on 2 aspects. The fireplace was not functioning and the pool/hot tub were unavailable due to construction. We booked this location in part because of the pool/ hot tub and were very disappointed to learn on day 1 that they would not be available the entirety of our stay.

Great week in Tahoe
loved being on the mountain. The town was busy with July 4th, so being up on the mountain was a great change from being in town. The condo was clean and perfect for our little group. Everything we needed, and a beautiful of the lake and surrounding mountains. Exactly as described and attentive to our contacts and questions. Thanks for a great stay!!!

Great Christmas Stay!

We stayed over Christmas 2024 and this was the perfect vacation spot. The view is post card quality, better than the pictures show. Parking was not a issue, but the lot did fill up by night. The interior was updated and comfortable. The fireplace did not work, but it was noted in the original listing. There was an electric fireplace under the TV, which gave a wintertime cozy feel. The chairlift was a close drive away, not quite a comfortable walkable distance in ski boots. Check in / out was easy. Overall, thanks for offering the place for a memorable family vacation.

GREAT VIEW!

Phenomenal view of the lake/mountains & nightly sunset. Something you’ll never forget!! Inside of the house is deceivingly small (1 open bedroom loft, 1 bedroom with bunkbeds, and kitchen/dining/living room all essentially 1 space. Updated decor was nice, beds were great
but cleanliness was pretty underwhelming (hair everywhere, bathrooms dirty, bath tubs gross/bath curtains moldy). Figuratively a very hot and cold house (literal = no issues) - quiet area at the top of the mountain and a great place for a **SMALL** family. Not terrible for the price, but probably expected a bit more refinement and certainly a lot more cleanliness. Large clock fell off the wall due to what was probably a rowdy neighbor (I believe it is a rental as well), but host was EXTREMELY gracious and understanding in taking care of it. Overall, a 7/10, but could have EASILY been a 9/10 if cleanliness standards didn’t give you the heebie-jeebies sometimes.

Great views, tucked in

Nice spot to stay for the week. Great views. Close to the Stagecoach lift. Plenty of parking. Shuttle picks up right in front of the condo (parking lot). Plenty of blankets, pillows, towels and disposable items like papertowels, soap, etc. Kitchen fully furnished. Beds comfortable. The condo is a one bedroom plus loft. The loft is open, so who ever is up there can hear everything and see lights flip off and on. Stairwell to the loft is in a bad location. It jutts out in the middle of the entrance. We smacked our heads several times. Bedroom with bunkbeds is very tight and hard to move around. Hot tub and pool are down the road and not very convenient. Especially with all the snow. No sidewalks.

Great location, Nice condo

Location is a 5-minute shuttle ride to the Stagecoach Lodge. The stop is about150 feet from the the door to the condo. The shuttle is free and runs every 15-20 minutes throughout the day. There is one bedroom and a bed in the loft, which is open to the living room below. Kitchen is small but adequate. Appliances and supplies are good. The condo has a partial view of the lake, which is very nice. Washing machine and dryer are not in the unit.

Thanksgiving Perfection

We enjoyed our time at this condo. The views were amazing. The downstairs bedroom is small and could benefit from less furniture. The bunkbed would be nice if you have kids though. Upstairs bedroom is an open loft so be aware of that if you have someone sleeping on the couch since you'll hear any snoring from the living room and/or loft :) We loved having our Thanksgiving here with our small family. Definitely would return.

Comfortable and great view

Very nice place. Comfortable for our family of 3 with 2 dogs. Pool was a short walk and very clean. Just a couple things such as no curtains so the sun was shining directly in to the livingroom, and the downstairs bathroom was so tiny it was uncomfortable to shower in. But overall we really enjoyed it!

All around great place. This is not a ski-in and ski-out condo.

We were very lucky to be able to check in early due to the high vacationing rate during president's week. We appreciated that greatly. The condo is on the corner of the building so you get more light and views than others. The views are AMAZING. The balcony outside has a stunning view of Lake Tahoe. The sunset was absolutely beautiful. The fireplace is REAL!!! There is also an electric faux fireplace in the TV stand in case you dont want to start a real one. There is a store very close where you can purchase firewood, among other simple needs (liquor, groceries, ice, etc) If it's cold, be sure to close the chimney, because all of your heat will go right up and out. The skiing is by far the best I've ever experienced. It's a shuttle ride away from the stagecoach Lodge and lift where you can also get your rentals. Extremely convenient. The condo itself was in fairly great shape. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would ever need. The dishwasher did leak a little. And the freezer door didnt always shut. Also, the icemaker doesn't work. It's so cozy and the space is great. The bedrooms are perfect with a private bathroom off each one. The beds.....let me tell you about the beds. They were so comfortable I didn't want to leave. It was like a cloud. There was plenty of space to put your belongings away. I slept amazing every night I was there. All in all, this place was great. I would definitely come back. In fact, let me go book it now....

Nice place, great view

This condo was very convenient to the Stagecoach lift, only a few minutes drive away. We mostly drove because parking wasn't an issue, but did take the bus when we were unable to depart together. The bus stop is conveniently at the driveway entrance to the condo. The village bus drops off a bit further than the resort bus, but was still walkable. We enjoyed the great view from the kitchen table and balcony during breakfast and after skiing. The electric fireplace was nice and cozy in the evenings. We did each bump our heads on the spiral staircase was a few times, but the padded bumpers helped. We found out that the stairs were too slick for the dog to navigate. We had an issue with the lock on the front door locking us out for 10-15 minutes one evening. It turned out the lock doesn't alway fully engage when the door shuts, then denies entry when trying to use the code to open after. Louis helped us figure out that out, and how to avoid the problem again. He also came out the next day to switch out the battery for it, and to replace the light bulb for the outdoor light. Also, the building washer and dryer operate on quarters. Overall a nice stay.

Lovely stay over thanksgiving week.

Great property for my stay and stunning view. Nice to watch movies in evening so I suggest you bring a fire stick- worked fine with tv. One suggestion is in bedroom downstairs it would have been nice to have a comfortable mattress- it’s fine for kids and teens. Oh and fantastic comfy coach for lounging- it’s a new one- not one shown in listing pics. Look forward to coming back.

Convenient location with nice lake view but needs updating

The property was located within 10 minutes of all that South Shore has to offer and the partial lake view was very nice from deck and Dining area. However this property needs updating! Carpets were stained and very dirty! Baseboards dirty and cracked electrical plates. Kitchen well stocked and bed linens were clean. This property would be very tight to accommodate more than 4 persons

Wonderful getaway

The property was exactly as described, cozy with a great view! The 3 of us enjoyed sunsets on the deck, view of the lake with our coffee and afternoons reading on the couch and sofa. Heavenly lift is just 3 minutes drive. Perfect home base for a wonderful ski vacation.

Nice place, nice neighborhood, not enough parking.

The property was nice, as described. Grill was pictured, but not on the deck, bummer, as we had planned our meals around it. Not all the lamps worked, not sure if it was the bulbs. VCR and DVD player did not work at all. Was annoying, as the kids wanted to watch the movies on the property. Wifi was good. Neighborhood pool was nice, and not too crowded. Lots of extra blankets in the closets, and all provided items were just fine. I would certainly stay again.

We enjoyed our time at Tahoe Village. I liked the fact that we didn’t have to climb stairs with luggage & groceries. Also being on the end of the building provided privacy & quiet.

Good but could be better

The property is as advertised except for the cleanliness. There was hair in the linens, pillows as well as the towels. There was a significant amount of dirt and food particles on the carpet and floor. Other than the cleanliness of the cabin, there were no other major issues. It is slightly older than as appears in the pictures but the updated bathrooms were greatly appreciated.
