Leuk huisje met mooie haard op perfecte locatie, meubilair is verouderd maar dat kun je ook als gezellig lezen. Prima met honden, let wel op teken in het bos tijdens seizoen! Tuin niet afgesloten, dus zelf op hondjes letten. Sanitair was niet schoon, naderhand met (overigens heel aardige) eigenaresse over gehad maar men gaf aan eea. Goed schoon te hebben gemaakt. Randen onderkant toiletbril en haren in bad/ wasbak hebben ze gemist, zelf maar schoon gemaakt met dettol. Ondanks dit punt van aandacht fijn verblijf gehad.

Huis is mooi groot, locatie is erg mooi. Alleen het huis is echt in slechte staat. De keuken is heel oud en hangen kastjes los. Buiten op terras lag overal glas en dat terwijl onze 3 Kids en hond daar met blote voeten rond liepen. Binnen was wel schoongemaakt voor aankomst maar je zag kog veel stof en spinnen webben. Douche is er niet, enkel een bad met douche kop. Erg mooie locatie en super lieve mensen. Maar erg oud, stuk huis.

Einkaufsmöglichkeiten nicht ganz in der Nähe, aber mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Die Hygiene hätte besser sein können und auch die hohe Energierechnung hinterher schockierte mich. Also hinterher ein gemischtes Gefühl. Die Kosten wären inklusiver.

Es ist ein recht schönes Haus in einer wunderschönen Lage, aber es wurde nie instandgehalten und es ist furchtbar dreckig und es wurden 400 € an Nebenkosten für 2 Wochen im Sommer gezahlt, kaum geduscht. Das geringste Übel: kaputter Fernseher und kein WLAN. Alles ist kaputt, staubig, klebrig. Da kann man nicht duschen: Man kann die Dusche nicht aufhängen, man muss sie auf Nabelhöhe halten, selbst dann kommt kaum Wasser raus, man muss zum Duschen in der Badewanne stehen, da war Fett drin frühere Leute. Überall Spinnweben. Sofas und Stühle stürzten ein, schmutzige, abgenutzte Teppiche mit Flecken überall. Besitzer ist ein Narzisst. Sie ließ mir Fotos für die Versicherung der Bäume schicken und ließ uns die Pflanzen gießen. Nachdem ich herausgefunden habe, dass sie für zwei Wochen, in denen wir in diesem Haus fast nichts verbraucht haben, 400 € verlangt, bin ich sehr wütend und werde eine Beschwerde einreichen .

Ein Haus mit viel Potenzial; ein schöner Kamin, ein schöner Dachboden, viel Platz und eine gute Lage in der Nähe der Coo-Wasserfälle. Aber wie schade, dass dieses Haus nicht geehrt wird. Alles ist sehr veraltet, abgenutzt und absolut veraltet. Wir trauten uns nicht mehr, in der Küche zu kochen, ein sauberes Glas oder eine saubere Pfanne war nicht mehr verfügbar und bei der Nutzung von Sanitäranlagen mussten wir ständig schlucken. Tischdecke auf eigene Kosten ausgetauscht, wir wollten trotzdem an einem sauberen Tisch sitzen. Kein WLAN... aber das können wir mit einem lustigen Kartenspiel wettmachen. Danach sehr hohe Energiekosten und eine horrende Kaution. Belvilla, bewerten Sie dieses Haus noch einmal kritisch, denn das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist mittlerweile kaum noch zu finden!

Geräumige Terrasse Die Größe des Hauses und der Kamin sind ein Gewinn. Das Interieur ist gemütlich, aber sehr veraltet: Sitze, Schränke, Teppiche, Tischdecken sind mehr oder weniger abgenutzt oder beschädigt. Einige Zimmer haben einen anhaltenden, unangenehmen Geruch. Die Dusche kann nur im Sitzen in der Badewanne benutzt werden. Alter Fernseher mit nur französischen Kanälen. Die Küche ist mit Geräten gut ausgestattet. Keine Rauchmelder im Haus?
