The Space:

Ideal for families or groups, this home features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, along with a functional kitchen and a comfortable living area. With plenty of space to relax, it’s well suited for short stays or longer visits. Enjoy the large BBQ area, outdoor seating, and fire pit in a peaceful setting with easy access to local attractions.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the main house, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and living areas.



Outdoor areas available for guest use include the BBQ area, outdoor seating area, fire pit and access to the dam area. The property offers plenty of open space to enjoy the natural surroundings.



Guests are expected to use all outdoor areas responsibly and supervise children at all times, particularly near the dam and fire pit. Any locked storage areas or private spaces are not accessible to guests.



Fire Pit Area

The fire pit is available for guest use. Fires must only be lit in suitable weather conditions and must be fully extinguished after use. Guests are required to follow all local fire restrictions and fire safety guidelines at all times. Children must be supervised and the fire pit must never be left unattended. Firewood is not guaranteed unless stated otherwise.



Dam Safety Disclaimer

Guests may access the dam area at their own risk. The dam is unfenced and in its natural condition. Children must be supervised at all times. Swimming is not permitted. By accessing this area, guests acknowledge responsibility for their own safety and the safety of their group.



Other Things to Note:

Please note that there is a tiny homes and bungalow on the property which is rented separately. For privacy and comfort of all guests, access to the tiny homes and bungalow is not included with the house.
