This spacious two-bedroom resort suite measures approximately 1,077 square feet. You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom. The second bedroom has either a queen bed or two twins in the second bedroom (depending on availability at check-in). Note that there is no way to specify in advance the bed type for the second bedroom, and it is solely determined by availability at check-in.
There is also a foldaway a queen Murphy bed in the living room.
Additional amenities include a full kitchen and dining area, washer/dryer, balcony and a fireplace. Maximum occupancy is six.

PARKING: There is only one parking space available on the property for this unit. The parking spaces are all on the parking lot adjacent to the building or inside the building's garage (first come first service).
CHECK-IN: Check-in begins at 4:00 pm (please do not expect to be allowed to check-in earlier than that). Check-out: 10:00 am. Although check-in time begins at 4:00 pm, you may experience longer check-in times between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm, as a great many guests arrive and attempt to check-in at this time.
CREDIT CARD: A credit card may required at check-in by property for an additional deposit (separate from the Owner's Damage Deposit) as security or for optional incidental charges.
WIFI INTERNET: WiFi is available but not free. WiFi access fee paid directly to Resort. Guest must check with Resort for latest WiFi fees.

The actual room assigned at check-in may differ somewhat than what is shown here. However, the room size and occupancy count are guaranteed. The quality of the rooms is similar.
SPECIAL WORLDMARK RULES: This resort is very strict about name changes. This rental cannot be transferred or sold to another party. Renter must be present with a valid ID and major credit card to check-in. Renter must designate a Registered Guest directly with Owner (and not Rental Property), which can be done up to 72 hours before check-in. Registered Guest must be present to check-in and no other individual may check-in on their behalf. After the initial designation and up to 72 hours before check-in, Renter may make subsequent changes to the name of Registered Guest for a $100 NAME CHANGE FEE. Accordingly, Renter is advised until they are sure of the Registered Guest's name before making the designation. Changing name of Registered Guest after check-in is not permitted. Entire reservation may be cancelled midstay by Rental Property, without refund, if Registered Guest themselves are not staying overnight in unit each day the unit is being occupied. Subletting any nights unused by Registered Guest to any other party is prohibited, and entire reservation may be cancelled midstay by Rental Property, without refund, if subletting occurs. If Registered Guest will not be arriving on the reservation’s check-in date, they must notify Rental Property in advance to let them know of the intended check-in date. If not, the reservation may be given out to another party and the entire rental may be subject to cancellation without refund by Rental Property as a "no show".
HOUSE RULES: When making this reservation, you must agreed to the owner's "Rental Agreement" document attached to the reservation. These have terms that apply to items chargeable to your deposit, such as not washing all your dishes, not taking out the trash out, or checking-out late.
