Bear Claw 402 is a spacious 1,637-square-foot vacation rental featuring four bedrooms and three full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to eleven guests. Thoughtfully designed across two levels, the home offers ample space for everyone and the added comfort of brand new HVAC—an especially welcome bonus for summer stays.

The primary bedroom on the main level includes a king bed, beautiful valley views, and an ensuite bathroom with a double-sink vanity, walk-in shower, and generous storage. A second main-level bedroom also features a king bed with a twin trundle and shares a full bathroom with the common living areas, complete with a double-sink vanity and walk-in shower.

Upstairs, the third bedroom offers a king bed, while the fourth bedroom is ideal for children with a queen-over-queen bunk bed. These bedrooms share a bathroom with a single-sink vanity and tub/shower combination. A fun bonus loft space, accessible by ladder, includes a comfortable couch and TV. Wonderful location

Very easy late check in process (we arrived at 2am). The ski in ski out is truly amazing. We stayed in the older Bear Claw 1 building. Only real issue was how dry the condo air is. We didn’t realize they had humidifiers until the third day which helped somewhat. I would definitely stay here again.

Unbeatable location!!

Talk about a perfect location! This property was truly ski-in/ski-out! Everything was well-maintained and the check-in process was a breeze. The front desk was very responsive for the few small issues we did have and they were rectified quickly. All ages had a great time and will definitely come again!!

After we got through the learning curves of checking in, the home was comfortable and the perfect location for skiing. Had a few issues/questions which the management company/front desk responded to very quickly. Would stay here again.

Everything was perfect, especially the customer service and amenities. Only improvement would be: Could use more kitchen features, like small appliances (rice cooker), better cookware, leftover containers, splatter guards, meat thermometer, serving bowls, mixing bowls, platters/trays, etc. Include basics, like foil, salt/pepper, oil, plastic wrap, baking essentials with high shelf life, it's the details guests appreciate

We had a wonderful stay! We had two families in the unit and had the best time. We literally walked out the door and put in our skis!! The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful! We will definitely come back!

nice stay at bear claw

we arrived early at property and were told we would gain access at or before 4 PM. It wasn't ready until 445 which was a real problem with family and kids. luggage was supposed to be transferred for us from lobby to another building. this wasn't done and we had to drag all of the bags ourselves. Unit was nice but a bit tired. Wire across middle of living room floor to couch was a real injury risk. Appliances aging and only partly functional. location excellent.
