Your ONE dedicated garage parking spot is directly outside of the private front door to your condo, so you don't have far to carry your bags, groceries or gear! Walk in the entry to luminous vaulted ceilings with floor to ceiling oversized windows and views of Burgess Creek! Living area is cozy as can be, with a gas log fireplace and stacked stone mantle, plus a sliding glass door to private patio. The owners have upgraded the entertainment options with a large, ultra high def TV and Sonos sound bar along with adding new flooring throughout. Sleek new tile, granite countertops, black appliances, and beautiful cabinetry surrounds you in the new modern kitchen. The private patio is a great spot to enjoy the serene, quiet outdoor space, and you also have direct access to the pool and hot tub from the patio (both open during ski season and during the summer). Just add to the patio, an electric grill as an option for some outdoor cooking! You will enjoy watching and hearing Burgess Creek roll by from the patio, or hopping right out the back on the walking and bike path for a very quick walk to Wild Plum grocery store and the ski area base from Burgess Creek Bungalow. A looping skier shuttle is also offered from 8a-5p . A powder room, laundry room and a deep closet complete the main level. NEW FOR FALL 2023 - Kitchen cabinets, countertops and bedroom carpeting.
Head back inside and up the stairs to the sleeping options. The primary suite is furnished with a king size bed and a great ski area view out its window. The primary bath includes an updated double sink vanity, tile shower and jetted tub. The second bedroom contains a queen bed and a view overlooking Burgess Creek. The 3rd bedroom has a set of twin beds with new, extra deep mattresses. An additional sleeping option is provided by the queen sized pull out couch in the living room. Your group will definitely enjoy all the amenities and features of The Terraces, including a hot tub, pool, fitness center, and an on call, seasonal shuttle to take you to the ski area base.
Burgess Creek Bungalow is perfect for families and groups. We realize you will be on vacation but this home is located in a neighborhood with year round residents. Summer time means open windows in Steamboat at night, and sound carries. Loud parties, music or outside gatherings on the decks after quiet hours are not tolerated. We ask you please be respectful of the neighbors and the character of this neighborhood. If you feel that your group can't abide by quiet hours, please look at booking another property. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company located in the heart of Steamboat Springs, Colorado. As locals, we are here to quickly handle any issues and provide expert Steamboat insights! We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy, and any other nightly rental restrictions.
Each of our vacation rental homes comes with the essentials needed to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher soap, tissues, etc. You will be required to electronically sign our vacation home rental agreement to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Damage Protection, and a cleaning fee.
Cancellation Policy: Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded the amount we re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.
Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 48 hours after booking. After 48 hours we charge a $100 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).
We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

Great location with easy access to the lifts via free shuttle or even walking. Was conveniently located near Wild Plum - a convenience store/ restaurant. Co do was well stocked with staples in the kitchen, great access to hot tub, and very clean. Would stay here again !
Outstanding spot in Steamboat. We were there during a hot July week and the condo stayed cool and pleasant right next to a creek. Easy access to every Steamboat spot, very clean and usable space. We will come back.
We stayed for a long weekend of skiing and were very pleased with the accommodations. Very clean, comfortable, lots of space and a very convenient location. Would definitely stay again at this location.
We loved this property, not only was it a quick walk to the base, but the parking situation was amazing. You just walked out the front door to your car in a covered garage. Also, you could walk out your patio direct to the pool. Bedrooms and kitchen were well appointed with sheets, pots and pans, etc and the beds we comfortable. We would stay here again.
The only issue is there was a crack in the window. However, the property manager came over to fix it promptly.
This was our second time at the Terraces but first in this unit. We had a great time! The bungalow was excellent- the kitchen was well stocked, everything was clean and lots of space for our crew. Bonus was the direct access to the unit from the garage and easy access to the pool and hot tub!
Property was listed accurately. More dishes than any other property we have rented. Would stay here again. Short walk to slopes. Close to bus stop for trips into town. We had 3 generations on the trip & we all enjoyed our stay!
Great location to the slopes, clean and very well stocked kitchen and pantry. We were arriving early and our hosts did their best to clean the unit and accommodate us, thanks! We hope to return next season!!
