The house is located on the northern shore at the end of the Ferchesaer See lake in the middle of the Westhavelland Nature Park on the outskirts of the village of Ferchesar. It faces south and has a great view of the lake. Ferchesar is located in the west of the state of Brandenburg in the district of Havelland approx. 12 km north-east of Rathenow and approx. 60 km west of Berlin-Spandau. The region around Ferchesar is very rich in forests and lakes. The village itself lies at the end of the Hohennauener-Ferchesarer See lake. Other lakes in the immediate vicinity of Ferchesar include Fennsee, Trintsee and Lochower See.
I rent out my modern holiday home, which was renovated in 2023. A small bedroom with a cosy 1.60 x 2.00 mtr bed and wardrobe, a living-dining room with a comfortable leather sofa and small dining area with a wonderful view of Lake Ferchesa. There is also a wood-burning stove for cooler days. The kitchen is equipped with induction hob, electric oven, dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment, the small bathroom is well equipped with shower, toilet, washbasin and large mirror.
The garden, which cannot be seen from the street, is semi-shaded and has a large wooden terrace with deckchairs for relaxing. There is also a barbecue and a seating area with parasol.
The property is not barrier-free! The small car park, covered with a kind of pergola, is located behind the holiday home on the enclosed property (not suitable for SUVs, which must be parked about 30 metres from the house).
